While it adequately treats Erectile Dysfunction or ED, it only provides relief in a brief window extending from 45-60 minutes until 4 hours after each dose. For inexplicable reasons Pfizer, the manufacturer, continues raising the price. Fortunately a much less expensive alternative generic form of sildenafil exists.

They should probably discuss the indications and counterindications of these drugs, alcoholic beverages and other medications. Partners should also discuss whether they are taking meds and drug use prior to sexual activity.
