Strom electric combi boiler with a missing part

Hi Where is the earth cable terminal I’m having difficulty to find it

It’s on the heating element on left hand side on top 🔝, there are two elements one is for hot water and another one is for heating, if you see main black heating element on top 🔝 left side corner you will see earth mark
