I discovered the sauna 22 years ago.
Due to water restrictions and subsequent sauna closures in my country,
I built a wood fired sauna in my garden.
    I sauna every day.
    Sometimes twice.
    I hardly ever get sick.
I have covid now and I’m taking it a bit easier inside there,
    but I’m continuing.
If you have the space and means to build one, do it.
Nothing on this planet is more luxurious and healthy than your own home sauna.
It is the ultimate way of life!

@A R : try high dose VitC with Niacin.
      Check your thyroids.
When you do sauna be it FIR or steam- take Niacin (flushing kind) before sauna.
Take niacin everyday till you Rach flush.
Look up Abram Hoffer’s protocols for VitC & niacin for depression etc.

    4. Enjoy steam 5. Take another quick shower and repeat.
You can do it daily, if no heart problems.
    No shower, your sweat smells.

I've read Clear Body Clear Mind. It's fascinating how much stuff comes out of your body, but you have to sauna like five hours a day, you also have to take very high doses of vitamins - especially niacin. Niacin is the key with it. You also have to literally drink oils to help pull things out. It's pretty intense.

I like how this has credible information but if you could start with your name and title it would greatly impact the meaning of your information to the listeners. Doc please help me with this, what is the best way to use the sauna/steam room after swimming. I use the steam room for around 3/5 mins and then have a cold shower, then do this process 3 times. Please can you help me understand if this is a great process

Could you do a quick video on the different oils to use while in the sauna? I don’t know if you mean essential oils or nut based oils?

Love the sauna. 15 minutes in the sauna, then I jump in the pool. Every morning. 👍

What are your thoughts on an infrared sauna, because I use mine every day for 45min+ up to 3 hours because I approach it like a indian sweat lodge. and I go through 2 towels a session, I drink lemon water with a pinch of salt and a couple capsules of activated charcoal. I feel great and haven't been really sick in the last 3 years I've had it, But I'd love to hear your thoughts on infrared vs dry
