Excellent advice. I have been making beer for many years and it is a lot of fun. I think better beer than the professionals can be made at home because of the passion. But, you are right that you cannot make the same beer. It is good for everyone who does this to understand that cleaning and sanitization are not the same. I use sodium metabisulfite for sanitizing brewing bottles and equipment. I never use it to stop fermentation as it imparts a taste that I find unpalatable. (Cheap wine taste )Sometimes I will use potassium sorbate which stops the yeast from budding .. just depends on what I am making ..

I wish to try your grape beer recipe in autumn. Can you show us a basic beer with your home made malt and hop extract tablets from a chemist and yeast from one of your other videos?

Question: I have bought 2 new swing top bottles, washed and sanitized them with hot water and then H2O2 when they are cold, placed them upside down in a sanitized pot. Should I proceed to remove the bale with plastic cap and O ring and dry only he bottles in the oven? Thanks.
So, first I clean with water and detergent and then I can use some hydrogen peroxide 1:1 mixed with regular water to sanitize my plastic bucket ? After that I let it dry and then it's ready to use?
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato i filtered my wine after 10 days, i measured it with alcohol meter, but it didn't show 14% alc, it showed 0, but tasted different not too sweet, tasted like there's alcohol in it. should i keep it again to gain the alcohol?

How can you tell if wine isn't safely fermented? I made some with a baloon valve in a glass jug. It bubbled and expanded the baloon.

If you use peroxide you don’t need to wait that dry 😉

Yes 👍🏼 but be careful that the plastic doesn’t melt
