These Flatbreads are common in many cultures that use them as utensils.
This is why love the channel.. not everything is first class.. so ya fly on both of those aircraft. I will never get to experience them but I can imagine if I did by you videos.. and it's not about the flight.. it's the journey in the hotels and the local community.. my favorite videos will always be the winter video in Wyoming.. it was so cool. I wish for more of that
Wow! The Sri Lankan people that you encountered were so nice. Great trip, you should go back for a lengthier visit. I wish the best for you and your family- You’re the greatest at this Noel! Thank You.
Nice video again I flew with Srilankan 3 weeks ago in Business and I was very happy as always. My favourite tea is the peppermint tea. Awesome service on all 4 legs.
I cracked up laughing about him enjoying his balls lolol! Everyone was courteous and professional! I'd take a outdated plane to enjoy the wonderful crew! The gentlemen at the tshirt shop, they sure enjoyed their time with you! Now that Earl Grey tea, it has to be so delicious!
Really loved seeing this journey. Hope you will go back to Columbo and see some more of the country. It was lovely to see such a high level of customer care. Its not a country I know a lot about so intend finding some more videos.
“Balls”and “dangly bits” 😂😂😂
It's balls with white cream :D
Gotta love Noel's hidden (subtle) quirks and jokes.
😆 was it a coincidence the way he had that dessert spoon sitting??
Another great review. We flew LHR - Colombo return in business in February. They use A330-300 aircraft on this route, much newer and better hard product, but not the best. Service was excellent.
Keep up the good work, always look forward to Sundays!
Do a passport tour and show us all those interesting stamps you collect!
I've only got one stamp in my passport. That was because the system to scan it was down. The rest of the time it's electric. That being said I just go between the US and Australia but I'd think most countries by now use that system.
@@paulcoinc The Five Eyes countries do indeed avoid stamping, as do some countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and a handful of others. But the vast majority of countries still stamp. Stamping is on the way out, but they're still here for now and fun to see!
Thank you
The massage seat made me laugh 😂😂😂😂
Also a tip if you fly into Heathrow, Book Terminal 4 Premier Inn, they have runway view rooms which literally look out onto the runway at Heathrow, it’s really fun to watch them
Sri Lanka .... The most friendly nation on our Earth Noel. Thanks for another great review.
Agreed lovely kind people
LOL, my great aunt would have disowned you. Earl grey tea and lemon, never ever milk. Great video, I would love to visit Columbo.
Another interesting Video 👍 Sit back, relax and watch Noel flying 😅
Glad you enjoyed
Really cool trip Noel Philips thank you 👋
I never realised how many double entendre you make Mr Phillips ... and I think it's safe to say we now know you love a curry 😂😂
Definitely an airline I would like to fly with the hospitality of everybody you met was impeccable
It's a RCA audio jack used in the old days.
Or for premium headphones prior to wireless connections.
I have honestly watched the bit with you and the massage function a thousand times. It’s so bloody funny
Watching from Uganda 🇺🇬
This video missed one think Noel..... a "thank you" count on the screen 😂
Anyways thanks for your British humility. Great video
Great to see a Ugandan watching
I’m from Canada (Dual UK Citizen) and I’m Immigrating to Uganda in February 2025.
Looking forward to it.
Sooo enjoyed that one - so much to smile at especially your rhyming while dining
We had a friend from Sri Lanka who was an amazing cook. His biryanis and curries still rank as the best I’ve ever had.
Refreshing to be ready for war in checking in and in reality everyone being nice. Oh my that Loo review shirt.
1am here in NZ, have to watch even though should be asleep 😴, 😊
P.S. such a nice guy in the clothing store 😊
Totally agree about the superdry assistant
10:53 - Interesting analysis of the Gulab Jamun! 😆 And it doesn't just end over there!
You could have met up with Josh Cahill for a nice cuppa!
That round connection point looks like we used to call a pin plug. You would find zillions of them used to
connect stereo equipment in the 60's through the 90's at least. My 14 year old Pioneer receiver has them.
Telagu and Sri Lankan people seem to be friendlier and more genuine than the rest of India.... from my personal experience..
I am blessed to have a Telagu friend named Suddha. She shares her family Biriani recipe often at work.
Watching this as my wife and I plan out trip to Tasmania. Just purchased snake proof gaiters for my hiking, and my wading boots. Something I never thought I would ever type. It must be nice to be Noel Philips. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you. 😊
Lol you will not see snakes in Tasmania
@@jj-if6it I will be fly fishing in some remote ares and they were recommended by several people there. Better safe than sorry. Glad to hear this though. Puts me a little at ease.
@@paulpietruszewski4226 I've only been to Tasmania a few times, but I've lived in Australia my whole life and have only seen snakes twice, and both were on very hot days. It doesn't get hot in Tasmania
@@jj-if6it thanks for the info. We honeymooned in Australia 25 years ago and saw two brown snakes near the Lava Tubes National park. I guess I have them and they will serve as gravel guards in the stream if nothing else. Have a good one!
Just in case you miss it, video starts at 0:01
Lame
No it starts at 0:00
Any sausage references I can skip by?
GREAT FUN!!! As always, your travels are super entertaining as well as educational. I learn about geography and culture through your work. Keep it up!!!
Thank you for your kind words. Glad you enjoy them.
