Shining is not that focused on Nearl as players make her out to be. In her voice line about Nearl, she's pretty casual about it- like yeah, she's a trusted companion with whom I've been through life and death.
Also there seems to be some kind of history between Shining and the Doctor. As for the organisation, Shining had already left it after "that" incident because she used to be "her" follower.

I started playing Azur Lane before getting into Arknights, so I was quite surprised when the game showed that not every operator likes the Doctor (from the start anyway), and most only view Doktar/you as an ally and rarely as a romantic interest. I like it though it's cool.
Azur Lane on the other hand just feels like walking into a harem anime where the shipgirls either like you from the start, are tsunderes who end up liking Shikikan anyway, or are yanderes who will gladly murder other shipgirls if they were allowed.
That actually nice. I am always tired of the stupid harem trope. And although there is still a harem for the Dukutah in the game, at the very least, it is not nearly the entire cast falling head over heals for him.
And then there's Shropshire, who keeps rejecting your date requests

Angelina seems to have the most natural kind of budding relationship seeing as how she's a high school girl with dreams and aspirations that also happens to have a big crush on the Dokutah without any ulterior motives. If Oripathy didn't exist, I bet Angelina would take the journey from crush to girlfriend to wife and potentially mother
I think Amiya does have feelings toward doctor.
I forgot which stage was it, but in story Blaze once told doctor that she doesn't want to get too close to doctor which may make Amiya "misunderstand".
Honestly, Amiya feels very strongly about Dokutah but I don’t think one can write it off as romantic, it’s probably way more complicated

Amiya was actually so young when the Doktah went comatose that she doesn’t remember the person they were before, they just remember them as one of the people who raised and protected them. At best, Doktah is essentially Amiya’s parental figure. She’s always given off more of a “daughter/younger sister” vibe than a romantic one.

@@aptio2092 Thats cuz Amiya sees the Doctor as her family. She loves Kal'sit too, but Kal'sit is more like her teacher. While the Doctor is her partner, and the only person she emotionally depend on. I would say Amiya has a bit of a father complex towards the Doctor.
I wouldn't even say that Blue Poison has any romantic interest towards the Doctor currently, its more like he's the only person unbiased towards her. So far, I've only seen Gravel, Angelina and Platinum have any semblance of romantic interest towards the Doctor.
In some other characters file, whenever Kaltsi and dokuta have different opinions. Amiya would always side with the dokuta. knowing how close Amiya and kaltsi is, that's not what you would expect of amiya.
Also, while kaltsi say she hate dokuta. In almost all junior medic operator have them being asked by kaltsi to look after the dokuta health.
Ptilopsis do actually have mental problems making her forget many things . But she have the line that she always happy to meet the dokuta. Which she hasn't shown toward other rinne lab operators

Perhaps you're not interested in Specter, but I'd say there is a distinct possibility in her having some feelings. It's almost certainly confused by all the insanity, of course, but lines like "I have always, always wanted to bring you to a special place... A place where secrets are imparted..." and "Doctor... How can you make me so maddeningly happy? Just who are you...?" seem to indicate at least a "maybe" on her part, even if not on yours.

Of all the operators there are a few who are more loyal to the doctor than they are to Rhodes Island, so much that even Kal'st is aware should the doctor leave, these operators will leave with him. And her fears that the Doctor is having his own faction.
Guaranteed Ones:
Deepcolor: a spy from Ægir, betrays her own and sends fake information about Terra back because of the doctor. "Paint me in your colors"
Platinum: the only reason she joined Rhodes Island is because of the doctor, mentioned in the files that she will leave if the doctor leaves, and Kal'sit is using the doctor as an incentive for her to stay.
Blue Poison. Anyone who's on Chenderosee's channel would've figured out by now.
Gravel: oh come on, just recruit her.
Angelina: most serious of all of them
Gray area/questionable:
Skadi: only speaks to the doctor what she has never said to anyone in Rhodes Island. An employee almost got into trouble with Kal for suggesting to get Skadi to stay with the doctor.
Spectre: borders on obsession and absolute madness.
Siege: Doctor is her plan B.
Rosa: sees the doctor as an emotional support for the Trauma she still bears
Definitely stay away from:
Kal'sit: whatever happened in the past I bet she's still angry about it and feels like she's just tolerating doc, SWEEP seems to exist to assasinate him
W: definitely still angry. And still sends death threats.
SWEEP was before Theresa's death and the fall of Babel, not so sure about that.

According to he voice lines she ocassionally goes out with you after training wether it's a friendly date or a romantic one it's up to you. She's busy but if she develops a deeper feelings for you, she will spend more time with you for sure.

Now if you read her second archive once more, you may notice that regardless of if they're thanking her, admiring her, swearing at her, or piling hatred upon her, she seems to only respond by curling the corners of her lips into a wry smile, answering with a normal demeanor as if she felt no emotions.
Once again, we're considering as if you were playing the doctor's role, so obviously things are a bit different..
not to mention it's safe to say that doctor and mostima sometimes go out to have meals on their free time, (trust increase 2 enforces that doctor often waits for Mostima and even brings snacks to eat with her as she does delivery runs and In Battle 4, which is basically just her asking what meal they should go for)

This right here is exactly why I want to get Red, or rather... It’s more accurate to say Red is the reason I started this game. All the other Lupos view her as some kinda Terminator and avoid her. The poor girl probably thinks she’s unwanted and that’s heartbreaking to think about.
(I end up getting Projekt Red she’s getting all the love and care in the world. That said, I’d be very interested in that video you mentioned all about her.)
