I was wondering how you attached that bottom snap to the wallet, and now I know. I'm so glad you did this tutorial because now this tool is limitless. Thanks for sharing your technique with us.
Thanks so much for the tutorial. I WAS intimidated and couldn’t figure out how to use it but thanks to you, I made my first little project, mask band, with plastic snaps! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you so much for posting this video. I bought this at a Bargain Hunt store. I've had them for 8 months. I bought a man's shirt I love but it gaps. I didn't want to sew a metal snap. Remember this thing I never open. Yes, easy peasy lemon squeezy
Thanks for this. My Amazon kit didn't come with instructions 🤦🏽♀️ I have always used the metal snaps for my sewing crafts, the one that you need to hammer and be ridiculously aggressive with. I have a baby on the way and I think these plastic snaps are more appropriate for baby items that are going to need frequent washing. Thank you again for your tutorial!
@@scrapeahappy Yes to both, Rachel. I laminated, for example, the Chanel and LV weekender purse I posted last week and I always use snap buttons on the KSCRAFT wallet.
@@2Pferde have you used snaps without laminating? Does it still work? It makes the project look so finished but…I have some projects in mind that do not use laminating!!
@@scrapeahappy Rachel, yes, I have used them on regular Cardstock, too. I will send you a picture on Instagram. It is so easy, it looks great AND it works!
Mary Ellen haha that’s why I did this video! I would normally be one of those leaving it in the box cause it looks so intimidating ! But it’s a lot easier then it seems! 💕 hope you give it a try!
One of those pieces that you ¨don´t need¨ is an awl, a tool used to make a hole. She totally did NOT even look at the thing before reviewing it. You don´t need that extra tool she has to make a hole. Meh.
thank you for this well designed video . I now can use my snaps with no issue and love your tips

Glad it was helpful! I struggled with it at first on how to get a snap deeper than the tool will allow so I definitely had to share ! 💖

Katspaperdesigns it looks more intimidating then it actually is but it’s so cute ! I’m gona add snap closures to a lot of things now!
Great tip on placing snap in spot deeper than the tool will accommodate.
