    dude great video man . but iam curious how do we develop brut strength like jasons to throw people aroud per say

      Haha, right. So first we have to master throwing ourselves around. So calisthenics are the go to. Then, as soon as we feel ready for it, we’ll want to incorporate weighted calisthenics. Weighted pushups, weighted dips, and weighted pull ups are the key here
