One of the most iconic planes of the Second World War, the Douglas C-47 dropped thousands of paratroopers from the night sky onto the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944, playing a crucial role in the transport of troops and supplies throughout every theatre of the war. The Skytrain, as it became known, was crewed by four airmen and flew in “serials” of up to 50 planes during combat missions. It remains in service in countries around the world to this day.

Just yesterday I went to a plane museum and got to see a lot of these planes and whiskey 7 the real one!

Looks amaziiing! I hope you guys will do an M47 Patton once, that’d be amazing.
Very epic! Really good, curved approximation of the distinctly rounded fuselage and canted-up wings.. and the landing gear, interior and control functionalities are executed very nicely. I do have a request though, one shared by many others: could you guys do a standard WWII U.S. bomber crewman or WWII U.S. aviator sometime in the future that is sold separately from kits? Thanks, and mind-boggling work as always.
We'd like to make individual aviator figures available too!
