Hi, Basic pay is not less than minimum wages not written in pf act , it written only in bonus act . In minimum wages act , wages include wages all kind salary payable .
Sir mai jis company me avi kam kar raha hu waha pe mai vendor ke under me hu pehle Jo humara vendor tha usne Basic salary jo de raha tha wo basic salary new vendor me change karke kam kar di aur baki HRA me add kar diya apne kaha ki basic salary kam nai kar sakte hai to phir ye sahi hai ?? Please suggest
In my company I don't understand why our basic salary is only 30% of CTC, My CTC is more than 18 LPA. what is the mandatory basic salary % as per minimum code wages act. State-Telangana, India. Can any reply on my comment.
