Plowing snow with lawn tractor WITHOUT TIRE CHAINS using 22in. atv tires.

Plowing snow with a 12 horse Poulan tractor with 22 inch atv tires with two pounds of air the tires will grip better the less the better the grip on ice on 8 inch rims, Craftsman plow.

What make and model tires are these? This looks great. I've been struggling to get good traction with my turf tires and chains.

get the cheapest atv tires that you can find make sure that its the rite size rim and run 1 pound of air in the rear tires it will push even wet snow I have skinny snow blower tires on the front turf tires will slide front tires have 8 pounds of air thanks and good luck

I got mine at amazon when you put them on the rims use a lot of wd 40 on the rims they sell front knobby also at amazon make sure you buy the right rim size it will kick ass make me a video of your tractor buddy I live on mt Lebanon ny and broke 5 pair of tire chains it snows big time where I live chains don't work they wont push snow take care

no ,just get any atv tires and run them with very little air almost flat so they dig in ,,,good luck bud,,,

I've got a similar idea for a old mower with a hydrostatic transmission, are you thinking it won't hold up? It's in goo condition, I could sell it and use the money to buy an older mower with a standard transmission, so is that the way to go?
