Nerys is amazing, utterly amazing. I know exactly how anxiety and depression go, along with a few other ailments thrown in for good measure, and it's not good, but good on you for opening up about it, it's not easy. It's seems weird how even the really mundane can become overwhelming and send you into a real mess when you get an anxiety attack, but that's the way it goes. I have similar coping mechanisms, getting somewhere quiet, talking myself through it in my head, telling myself nothing bad is actually going to happen and so on. Sometimes it works, others it doesn't and I get in a right state but there we go. I've been reading up on Stoicism, some of which has helped me, some of it hasn't much, but I've found it interesting as well as helpful. Bike rides and photography are the way I keep sane! Out on a bike, poking about in the countryside looking for photos to take is the only time I really feel relaxed and can lose myself completely. So I know what you go through. Anyway, keep on thinking these things out, keep smiling and keep riding the bikes!
Mick S more to come from Nerys🤙 Glad you are finding ways to cope Mick, as said sometimes it works and am happy for that. Funny how my vlogs are helping my creative side of me come out which relaxes me as well. Pity they’re rubbish😂😉 riding and my family keep me sane as well. Appreciate the comment Mick keep strong mate🤙
Thanks Beverley, hope you're managing your Anxiety and Depression well. Its nice to be able to speak about it, but to help some understand why and what we go through and remind some that it is OK to talk, as some still do not. Thank you as always for your comment, appreciated.
Takes guts to open up about such things mate, and it shouldn't. I personally do not suffer anxiety, but plenty of people I know do. Keep on keeping on brother, you are an amazing, inspiring individual, just in case nobody told you today. Shame about the haircut though. 😉❤❤

HW100 you’re welcome👍
Hi James another great vlog. I suffer from depression and anxiety as well, and it's brilliant that we can now talk about it.
