    2:07 - Raise the front of the car and secure on supports.
    3:12 - Unscrew the fasteners connecting the suspension strut to the steering knuckle.
    5:05 - Remove the shock absorber dust cap and the bump stop.
    7:06 - Install the shock strut into the wheel arch.
    9:27 - Screw in the wheel bolts.

    ⚠ Attention! The mistake was made in the video at 10:18 minutes. The tightening torque is 80 Nm, not 40 Nm. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    It was comforting to note that the hub to strut bolts were already at torque before torquing them.

    Much better video than the first attempt! However I always clean and regrease the thrust bearing it only takes 10 minutes, and will then be good for many thousands of miles.
    As someone has already commented using a trolly jack and axle stands the job is a nightmare (I think that is an understatement).
    Thanks for the video though. Anybody reading Haynes will be told to take off the caliper and disc and that's wrong.

    Thanks.... Very helpfull ... But suggestion is to only hand tight wipers..... I broke of the stud by overtightening

    So simple when working on a high vehicle lift and with a transmission telescopic jack. I didn’t see these tools listed... try doing it on axle stands, it’s a nightmare.

    Pretty sure wheel bolts are 180nm?

      its 180nm indeed, also a lot of bolts and nuts are to be replaced after single use, which isnt mentioned in the video. These are stretch bolts and nuts and are to be angle tightened after initial torque is reached.
