I’m no expert but that doesn’t sound right. For you would simply be para ti. This is more like “to you, are you _____”. Like it’s a an expression of one’s opinion. Notice that most of the verbs it’s used with are emotions. It’s an implication of whether something is true to the person who is the subject.
