Holes appearing in the Tulsa Trace, Penal, bridge have residents concerned as the rainy season approaches.
Residents believe that heavy rains and the flooding the area usually experiences will cause the bridge to be unusable. Newsday journalist Rishard Khan details the damage to the bridge on June 6.
