I appreciate your videos Matt, the neighborhood tours helped me out when we were looking to move!

Your reasons are the same reasons I have a home in Naples Fl. Hoping to eventually get my second home within Williamson County.

Vincent my wife and I will go on vacation and we almost always come to the conclusion that it's better at home in Williamson County than where we went for vacation.

What's the best way to find a section 8 property in this county?!

I’m sorry I wish I knew the answer but I honestly have no idea. I was reading a post on Facebook earlier today about somebody looking for section 8 housing in Columbia and they said that 99.9% of the time the office was closed and they couldn’t even get in touch with anybody.

Franklin native, or at least been here since 1989.
I'd say your only hope for section 8 housing here would be in the Natchez Place or Mount Hope neighborhoods of Franklin.
At least that was the case when I was growing up, nor sure if they've gentrified too much since then.

Not the best for people of color even if you have money
