Wow, your video was super helpful and I love that it was short, sweet and to the point. I saw several where the person kept talking and talking, never got to the point. I love this 😀❤

This video is what I’m looking for in years! My only question is how you make your drawing transparent like that you can see the fabric or wood texture behind your drawing. Thank you

This is THE BEST tutorial for this that I've seen so far!! I gave up hears ago when my sister wanted me to make her sets of thank you cards with my watercolor art...I could not figure out how to print them nicely. I do a lot of flowers and trees, so I'm not sure how the tools will work trying to get in and out of lots of leaves and small details. But back then I couldn't figure it out, so I just buckled down and hand painted loads of them for her. So I'd LOVE to make this work so that I can more easily make them for friends and family. If you have any tips for cleaning up the white background with lots of small detail, I'm all ears :) I'm also now working on a piece using hot press paper since it is more smooth then my normal cold press, so I'm hoping there will be less shadow bits on the scan...we'll see.
Anyway, this was awesome!! Thank you so much!!!!

@@tatyanadeniz thank you SO much Tatyana!!! I apparently didn't get this notification :/ so sorry!! I miss these a lot, I need to look at settings. Dang! Ok cool...I'm super excited to try this soon. My health issues have been acting up so in and out of procedures and had another double knee surgery yesterday, so it'll be a bit before I try it.....although if I can find something soft on my knees but sturdy enough to put on my lap I could try it on the laptop if my husband could scan it on the regular computer and move it over to mine...so we'll see. But I'm super excited to try it because, yea, hand painting like 30 different cards each time it a lot, especially for these old arthritic hands! Aaahahahahaha so being able to make prints, but true color beautiful prints, would make it so easy! Once I an able to try it I'll absolutely leave another note here :)
Also, sorry for another question, but what type and weight of paper do think is nice for printing cards? I have some "card stock" but it feels thin to me...though being used to cards on watercolor paper I guess everything feels thin :/ :) obviously it needs to work in a printer, I don't have a super duper fancy printer, but a decent Epson. But don't want it to feel cheap for my sis either. I bought a huge roll of that brown kraft paper cuz I thought I'd like to make envelopes with then and maybe even draw some simple things to print onto the paper before folding into an envelope or just drawing like a couple cute little flowers here or there on them...just to make them fun...my mind has too many ideas that my body won't allow :) but, slowly but surely I just gotta keep trying :)
But your help is AWESOME and makes me super excited to try this out. I'll take any suggestions you have :)
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!! And thanks again and I'll let you know how it goes :)

Wow- thank you for such a great video that gets right to the point. But at the end, what do you do with the layers? Should they all be merged? I’m exporting as jpeg files. Thanks!
