- Welcome to Day 11 of our 30 Day Ignite Challenge 🔥 Today we're working our back and biceps in this 30 minute workout. We're using SUPERSETS (aka alternating between 2 exercises back to back) to get a lot done, quickly. I can't wait for you to try one of my favourite style of workouts! By the end, I felt like my biceps were going to explode 💥
All you need are resistance bands and a way to safely secure them at 2 points- with this set up you can replicate heavy gym and cable machine exercises anywhere! Warmup and cool down included. LET'S DO THIS 💪
