This looks delicious!! I love rice pudding soooo much!! I make mine with dried cranberries & garnish with fresh whipped cream as well! You should definitely not add in your vanilla extract until the end tho, as it will all cook out due to the alcohol content of the extract. 😃 I like to use both vanilla & almond extract. It’s delightful!
