He still shows himself with Bolton and Pompeo. The bloody Venezuela crew is back together. Mexico is still a thorn in Trumps side, and China, sorry i mean "CHAINA" is still an open confrontation, Trump wouldn't let go. And the right in Europe would probably support that one.

Reform is NOT anti war, heritage party is ,just look back the last to years, under Richard Tice, it was fully backing Ukraine and he even had nazis inhis show on talktv , just because Farage said it was provoked , it's not meaning they won't support Ukraine's 'fight'. Not even mentioning Israel and China where they are absolutely for war!!!!

1st time I've seen your podcast. Love Alistair Crooke! He has a Wealth of Knowledge & Experience. Always appreciate his perspective. I have one comment/observation. Peter is a bit annoying. He keeps interrupting & doesn't appear to understand what Alastair is saying. You could see Alastair starting to lose his patience. Alastair's statements are very clear cut & not at all confusing or obscure. I'll give your podcasts one more try. If all Interviews are the same with Peter interrupting, I'll say goodbye. Go to 8:50 to see an example of what I'm talking about.

Peace in Ukraine is both difficult and simple. The border regions, in all the European countries, have special legislations because they are on the fence between ethnicities and languages. The core problem is Ukraine's neutrality.

I hope you don't mind me commenting here , something Mr Crooke has said kind of resonated . His take on the Israel , Hamas evolution is striking. A slow evolution leading to a collapse of the will to fight, attrition.
I believe that to be a prominent thing in our new world as a means to passive aggressively turn the tide of a conflict.
I believe it to be the foundations of espionage that has so much influence on my life, they grind you till you compromise yourself , and then your open or done. That's the resonance I was speaking of.
    Are frozen conflicts really frozen...
The U.S. political scene is not as bad as people assume, I believe no one actually wants the top job so the regulatory and public private relations in an advanced economy are pretty much self sustaining as bodies in the system. Leaving the Circus as I've heard you refer to it before to push the ideologies back and forth in a perpetual game of tennis.
China and Russia have better things to do currently :)
( I miss the sound of Peters voice :)

The only part of this discussion I didn't like was the comparison of the western elite to the bolsheviks. I found it truly bizzare.
It would be one thing to compare centuries old western imperialist elite to the centuries of Romanov dynasty. But the bolsheviks were the excact opposite of that. They were trying to topple the centuries old system. On top of that they were not ideologicaly dogmatic. Their core principle was historical materialism, the very opposite of ideological fanaticism.
I suppose some of the personal biases and political views of the panel are on display here.
Other than that, it was a good discussion so it gets a like from me.

    V. Orban will travel to Beijing and see Xi days later ( they met in Budapest just 5 weeks ago )
Zelensky understood Trump is to be the next one and Trump will sell Zelensky and Ukraine out. There is no choice, but Zelensky needs a middle man/men to conduct negotiation.
My guess is Orban and Xi are to share the peacemaker role.

Viewing the traditional white Atlantic values as real, now lost, must regain those values? They call the current politics of white Atlantic as bolshevism? Its ridiculous. Sophists intellectuals are a danger to the new man, new value, not values regained from past.........they don't wish to see he world as a class struggle, as an anti-racist struggle, anti-colonial struggle, colonial as a sequence where lied those white Atlantic traditional values......its useless to listen to their opinions, regurgitated in platform after platform.
