Stoked to see this. I would like to see more and more hobbyists move their "experiments" in the direction of controlled studies like Barton is doing. It would help us get less anecdotes and more data.
About 3 months into running my 90g I had a red planaria worm infestation in my refugium. And I mean every inch of arcrylic surface and macro had dozens of these worms. Thank goodness it didn't make it up to the display. I placed my Melanarus wrasse down there, and after it spent a week decimating the pod population, and I mean I could not see a single pod, it then totally eradicated every single worm. I believe it killed the peppermint shrimp I had down there as well. Would be nice to know if the Melanarus would be as effective as the six line with these flat worms.
