My home exterior walls are foamed like an igloo including the roof deck. I have no insulation in the attic and its around 78 degrees up there in the summer. LOL The only thing not foamed is the separate attic for the garage; however the three sheetrocked walls of the garage are foamed. The only thing not foamed is the garage door and ceiling.
So, the question is, why don't all home builders foam their exterior walls and roof deck? Must be the money! Sadly, homeowners are ignorant about foam insulated walls using the Zip System®wall sheathing.

You are absolutely correct! I have drafts in my 3 year old home from poor, fiberglass insulation. I wish the builder had at least installed the zip system wall sheathing. I'm looking into injection foaming all my exterior walls and some interior walls that are hollow.
