Make pancakes with leftover rice? Simple and delicious Tuna rice pancake

  • Everyone has leftover rice and tuna at home, right?
    I always finish the bowl but I also get leftover rice very rarely.
    Today, I'll show you how to make "Tuna rice pancake" with this leftover rice.
    It's easy-peasy!
    I've shown it on TV before
    but I'm happy to show you one more time!
    [Tuna Rice Pancake] 1 - 2 servings
    [Ingredients]
    1 bowl of cold rice (200g)
    1 small can of tuna (100g)
    About 1/2 stem of green onion (40g)
    1/6 of an onion (40g)
    A bit of carrots (30g)
    2 tablespoons of Korean pancake mix (20g)
    1 cheongyang pepper (10g)
    1/4 tablespoon of fine salt (3g)
    2 eggs
    A little bit of ground pepper
    Cooking oil as needed
    [Instructions]
    1. Cut the green onion and cheongyang pepper into half lengthwise and chop them into 0.3 cm slices. Dice the carrots and onions into 0.5 cm cubes.
    The green onion, cheongyang pepper, carrots, and onions are optional.
    Substitute cheongyang pepper for paprika for a milder flavor.
    2. Into a deep bowl, add the cold rice, chopped green onions, cheongyang peppers, carrots, onions, egg, fine salt, ground pepper, and the Korean pancake mix. Take the tuna out of the can and add it in with the oil. Then stir until the egg gets mixed with everything.
    Substitute canned tuna with chicken breast or canned ham.
    Substitute Korean pancake mix with frying mix or regular flour.
    3. Drizzle cooking oil on a frying pan and preheat over strong heat.
    4. Take a fistful of the tuna and rice batter, squeeze out the batter between your thumb and index finger into a ball shape, scoop it with a spoon, then place it on the preheated frying pan.
    5. Use the spoon to press down and flatten the patties, then turn down the heat to medium and cook until both sides are golden brown.
    Add more cooking oil in between if needed.
    6. Place the cooked tuna rice pancakes on a plate and serve it with spicy soy sauce or ketchup.

    밥을 넣어서 만들면 한끼 식사용, 도시락용, 애들 간식용으로 딱이고 참치만 넣어서하면 동그랑땡 느낌으로 반찬이나 안주삼아 먹기 좋음ㅋㅋ 설거지 귀찮으신 분들은 그릇에 하지말고 지퍼백에 다 넣고 조물조물해서 후라이팬에 기름 두르고 지퍼백 귀퉁이 적당히 잘라서 팬 위에 조금씩 올리고 수저로 살살 눌러서 모양잡아 구워주면 설거지없이 손에도 안묻어서 편해요! 애기들은 케찹에 어른들은 양념간장에 먹으면 JMT (+깻잎,방아잎,부추같은 향신채도 추가하면 맛나고 팽이,새송이버섯은 식감이 좋아지고, 표고버섯은 감칠맛이랑 향과 식감 다 더해줘서 추천드리려요!)

    매우 좋아요.
    아침되면 해봐야겠어요.
    살찌는 원흉은 밥이 아니고, 떡과 빵 이더라고요. 경험자예요. 밥은 어느정도먹으면 배불러서 못먹어요.
    그런데 빵. 떡은 당분이 들어가서 밥보다 훨씬 많이 먹게되요. 가장 나쁜 것은 초콜렛이요. 초콜렛 막 드셔보세요. 10킬로 찌는건 순간이예요. 초콜렛은 한도끝도 없이 들어가요.
    쌀밥은 무죄입니다.

    이건 진짜 장난아니게 초딩부터 중2까지 압도적인 호 음식입니다. 주말에 집사람 친구들이랑 놀라고 모처럼 점수 따고 나서 한숨 쉬면서 애들 2이랑 집에 있을때 이거 음식하는 모습 보여주면서 컵라면 사골 좋아하는 큰녀석은 사리곰탕, 매운거 좋아하는 둘째는 진짬 같은 컵라면에 이 녀석 만들어서 딱딱 후라이팬에 구워서 주면 지들 몰래 쓰는 일기장에 별표 4개 칠하면서 아빠 사랑한다는 글 보면서 눈물이 그렁그렁한 경험 느끼는 치트키 됩니다. 일단 저장은 하세요.

    어릴적 도시락에 엄마가 자주 해주시던 메뉸데

      아가꺼면 쌀가루에 물로 농도 맞춰 굽거나 되직하게 해서 쪄도 좋을거 같아요
