the moment when Bell put the sticker on his nose was so precious… my eyes welled up 🥹 remembering being at home doing little activities with my boys who are now in 2nd and 4th grade… and doing awesome at school too. I can tell you …from a momma who wondered if all those little things I did for learning and bonding at home made any difference … they absolutely do. God bless you and your sweet family. 💛💛

I’m sure it started out as some hack to stretch food during the Great Depression, but my grandpa always did milk in his scrambled eggs/omelets too! With a pinch of baking powder to make them extra fluffy.
Your blogs are always so sweet and calming. I know it’s not always like that and you’re editing out some fussing from B, but you’re doing a great job spending quality time with him yet teaching him to handle himself (like with stairs instead of just gating).
I added another thing to my plate and decided to use your tip of having a super easy dinner that night. So I’m in it with you for Crock Pot Mondays! I see a ton of comments for “when is Faith Friday coming back?” but honestly, keeping a safe home where everyone can be sane (including you) is an important ministry in itself so if you’re ever tempted to feel guilty or that you’re “letting people down,” stopppppp. I promise you, people need to see you praying with your babies just as much as they need a 20 minute Bible study and for that there’s your whole playlist, your notes highlight/board on Instagram/Pinterest, and a wealth of other people to follow. You. ❤Are. ❤Crushing ❤it. ❤

i homeschool my 3 year old & it’s actually so much fun! we follow the good & the beautiful curriculum loosely among other things. etsy has great printables that i just laminate. she begs to do school every day & wants more when we stop. it’s the sweetest thing! our bond has flourished 🫶🏼
i have a 3 year old, 1.5 year old & im 16 weeks pregnant currently. i plan to homeschool all of them 🤎

We did BLW so he has a wide variety since he was 6 months old but just like any toddler, he goes through picky phases :)

do you have any tips on overcoming the fear of finding a nanny that you trust? what are the things (traits, qualities, etc.) you look for? thinking to hire one to watch my 16-month-old during his bedtime so potentially my husband & i can go for dates (we haven't had one since he was born 🥲) but then i'm like freaking out at the same time.
Ooof. I wish I did but honestly I really only trust my parents and my husbands parents and a few very close friends that are also parents. I think it’s totally reasonable to be extra extra picky with who we leave our babies in the hands of!!
I was lucky enough to be a stay home mom. Now I'm going to be a babysitting grandma! I had 2 girls and now my oldest daughter is having a boy in July!

No updates on baby, everything is going great! Unfortunately life has been so crazy I haven’t even bought one thing for the baby or planned the bedroom😅
You don't talk about this pregnancy much. You should do an update on how you're feeling, how it's different or the same, gender reveal, name ideas? Obviously if that's something you want, no pressure. Just letting you know it is of interest to some of us haha 🥰

@@rachelm6831 hi Rachel! Sorry you seem upset by my lack of responses lately. I’m pregnant and taking care of a two year old and managing a household on my own. I read comments and try to respond when I find the time, but if that ever takes away time from family..I do not. Have to keep my priorities straight but that’s why I try to mention how much I love reading them even if I don’t respond. I’ve struggled to continue to upload videos and post on Instagram without it interfering with family time, so I usually just post and leave it at that and hope it impacts someone for the better and if I can find time to respond, I do.
