Mine, too, by a long shot. So stunningly beautiful. The chords are amazing almost baroque-style. Shooting Star is A VERY CLOSE SECOND. Long live Bad Company and Paul Rogers. This song has an incredible melody.
HARRI BEST.. of all the reaction channels yours is the "best" by a long shot. Ever consider a radio or TV show based on reactions and "Song Stories?? Your personality is off the chart and your comments are" diamonds in my ears".
Paul Rogers. Oh, my. Everything he's done is silver, blue, and gold. Gads he sang with Queen years after Freddie Mercury passed. And he did NOT try to sound like Freddie. He did tunes that he felt he could do justice and didn't go out of his range. Magnificent singer. Also plays guitar and keys. Amazing talent.
When he was Free his voice was still young and raw and wild… his vocal control as he sang more and more was terrific. I always liked his voice, Robert Palmer and Paul Young…ohhh and early Rod Stewart… Every Picture and Cut Across Shorty… Mandolin Wind and his first two albums with Jeff Beck, Truth and Beck-Ola. Great stuff…
I honestly & sincerely think that Paul's voice was at it's absolute finest when he was with "FREE" This for me is him at his finest hour th-cam.com/video/SgT6ZEzwPY0/w-d-xo.html The confidence, swagger, confidence again & sheer raw talent of vocal delivery = Wow Factor !!!!!! Paul Rodgers has always been MY own personal favourite lead singer since I was 14 & that's never changed
Saw them at the Universal Amphitheater in Los Angeles many years ago and they were stunningly good. This song in particular stood out. His voice was singing the pain so hard many were crying 😢.
Thanks Debbie for requesting my favourite Bad Company. I was lucky enough to see Paul Rogers at Casino Windsor in 2015 along with my 82 year old mother. That concert was so loud. She didn't mind .She loved all kinds of music.
Nice request Debbie. I have heard and liked this song for a long time, but I mistakenly thought it was the Little River Band. Glad to know the correct band. Nice review from Harri. 🌺✌️
SB&G is a song you love from the first listen and I still play it at least once a week. There's so many parts to it that are different from the other and all are great
Fantastic pick, Debbie! One of my wife's faves (long-time fan), and one of mine, too, ever since she put me onto it. We felt lucky to get to hear this one live when we saw him in Atlantic City some years ago. Such an incredible talent, with a voice to match!
" ...the time that it takes for a love to grow cold is a mystery to me..." Who hasn't felt that at some point in their life? Beautiful tune. One of my favorites from Bad Co. Thank you for covering this one Harri! Lovely reaction.❤❤❤
As the Beatles sang, "It's getting better all the time." I hope whatever is troubling you Harri will resolve. And as George sang, "All Things Must Pass." PAX
Too many simple comments here. What you’re hearing is a beautifully sung melody juxtaposed with a beautful piano and the drums and bass are just as important.
1 of my top 10 Bad Co. songs, TY Debbie & Harri 💞 pls pls play Morning Son & a bonys pls dear kind Sir their 1 min Knapsack song off the black album 😊 💞
I always wished there were more verses like the first two.something about the way he sings them are heart wrenching to me.i always rewind back at least five six times lol.
Yes but cette chanson témoigne parfaitement de l'originalité du groupe et du haut niveau de composition, de la capacité de ses musiciens à sortir des sentiers battus !
Paul Rodgers is a fantastic vocalist! Great song!

Bad company has that rowdy biker feel even when they tone it way down

Opposite of their usual. Great song.

Rainbow means different now, sad
he didn't even smoke
FADE AWAY
🍻
Always liked this song, but I wish they would have added a couple lines of lyrics to the chorus. The chorus seems too short.
I always wished there were more verses like the first two.something about the way he sings them are heart wrenching to me.i always rewind back at least five six times lol.
Some women can be mean and cold. Causing many men to turn to drugs and drinking!
Nice song but they had at least a dozen better songs.
Yes- I agree, but this is the song were listening to now.
