This comparison is not valid. Have you sourced the 8 gen 3 variant from US? You are comparing this with Ultra which has a completely different specification. Honestly, nice effort but this video is useless since the baseline keeps shifting. At one point you are comparing base s24 Exynos which has lower cooling chamber quality and clocks compared to the s24 ultra which has a larger VC cooling. Next, you are not considering the issue that during winters, it's higher than s24 ultra, imagine the heat produced during summers. Thirdly, s24 Exynos vs s24 base snapdragon is not the comparison you are doing, instead you are comparing a specific 8 gen 3 for galaxy variant in S24 ultra.

Based on USA and AU prices of S24 vs S24 Ultra the SD8.3 adds roughly 8% to phone cost. Samsung calculated overall return in each market with the different cost and sales.
I think an LTPO is almost required for the S24 FE. It's going to be interesting what CPU they go with. In the USA an Exynos 2400 would make sense, in the rest of the world it would make the S24 and S24+ almost superfluous unless they got big price cuts.

Just the fact that in EU the S24 prices are already way higher than US. On top of that we get a inferior chipset. Just shows to me the greed of Samsung. It's obviously inferior also because they equiped the ULTRA with the snapdragon. Sure, I can buy it. But as someone with principles. I'm not going to support it this year. Another reason is they're just copy alot of Apple stuff, titanium frame, 7 year support and now also greed. Take a good look at all the new snapdragons phones out already. Not only alot cheaper than ultra, but also higher benchmarks and 6k+ batteries. People are really paying extra for the brand this year and get mediocre product.

If exynos is that good as you said, why did Samsung not use it in the S24 ultra? Probably because there's little to no difference in terms of daily use between exynos 2400 and SD 8 gen 3. Snapdragon just has better community support compared to exynos, so it's no brainer to use the more popular chipset in a "pro" android phone.
