Most of the time builders give extra benefits to people like Dr and Lawyers and so that these people can convince others who feel cheated and most of the time these are people who create a divide in society so that no one fight against the builder. They will always talk good about the project and builder.
Before 5 years same situation still there, no separate club house for members and club charging much from resident to avail the club facility.there are too many options available near with great facility in your monthly maintenance .
Its wrong and illegal to demand for Club Membership amount before giving possession. Because even agreement doesn't mandate it. How one can refrain someone not to enter into their own home although they have paid entire amount to builders?
I would like to know about what had happened at the end about the point raised by Mr. Nitin Gorkar about their possession delayed since he refrained to pay club membership amount? Did they required to pay 2 Lakhs to the builder? I bought a flat there and going to get possession next year end (2018). So would like to prepare for the battle against developers demand for 2 Lakhs for Club House Membership. This was even not part of the agreement and also in agreement they mentioned that Society does not have any hold on this club or amenity space owned by club such as Ground, Gym, Swimming pool etc..... (Clause 22 in agreement) So how would some one ask for money for service which was not part of an agreement? Also we don't know which all services are going to be provided by the club? How it would be shared amongst society members? As there were proposed 1200 flats which means appx. 4000 members at least, how come these amenities going to be utilised? Wont it going to get over crowded? Or at that time only we need to adjust on service and on quality of the equipments?
Basically amount it based on the ambience and services available in hospitals. In Bhugaon, most of the doctors have appx 300 sq.ft. shop and doing practice there. And 40 RS charges for OPD is fine for them. My spouse is having her OPD in Hinjewadi and takes RS. 50 for consulting fees. We are going to start one in Bhugaon too soon....
@@amol8855 I will recommend you to go with ready flats and not to buy under-construction flats. Many JV partners have ready possession flats available for sale.
