Possession is delayed + Amenities far away from possession + basic facilities like road,lights,garden near your building is spoken while buying is not their ?? You have to suffer even after 100% payment paid. 1bhk buildings toomuch close n not well positioned as 2/3 bhk buildings ???

You can definitely buy a flat. But only issue is delaying possession.. and no site visits allowed unless possession. Otherwise quality of work is excellent
I would like to know about what had happened at the end? Did they required to pay 2 Lakhs to the builder? I bought a flat there and going to get possession next year end. So would like to prepare for the battle against their demand for 2 Lakhs for Club House Membership. This was even not part of the agreement and also in agreement they mentioned that Society does not have any hold on this club or amenity space owned by club such as Ground, Gym, Swimming pool etc..... (Clause 22 in agreement) So how would some one ask for money for service which was not part of an agreement? Also we don't know which all services are going to be provided by the club? How it would be shared amongst society members? As there were proposed 1200 flats which means appx. 4000 members at least, how come these amenities going to be utilised? Wont it going to get over crowded? Or at that time only we need to adjust on service and on quality of the equipments? And also the club is not yet ready then how come we pay entire money for it?
Why not file a case? Isn't it breach of trust? May be stalling the project will bring some sense. Looks like the builder has done financial miscalculation and not getting expected profit. Should sit down and solve the matter. A meeting of builder with all the buyers is essential. Amicable settlement will be better. Legal case will be detrimental to both sides. Political pressure/ meditation will be bett.

No, some flat buyers paid however majority resisted and got possession of flat with out any club membership payment. Now for phase 2 and phase 3 buyers are upfront making this clear prior booking.
club is ready and it's superb this is what happened in past and take it easy, you are right membership has to be optional but then revenue also matters

Bhai apka issue kab ka sort out hua hai toh fir o bhi video dal do baki ... Overall review bhi dal do because apke vajah se bohot se logo ko misunderstanding ho rahi hai !

Didn’t got possession yet. Please save yourself from buying home here. Home is not an investment it’s an emotion for us. Try to save yourself
This is owner’s second home. Opinion should be taken of person staying there.
