Nice job of showing how to replace pads and disc, I really enjoyed watching the video and since I have a cla as well, I am going to do this in one of the coming weekends! Thanks for video! 😉
Awesome video. Appreciate the detail especially on the electronic portion. I did wonder if you knew the inverted socket size that was used for the rear? It looked like it said 14mm in the video but I couldnt tell. Thanks again!
Mine is not going past the fittings. I am getting error messages that my parking brake is on. I have pulled to disengage but it keeps popping up. I am seeing the red park symbol and next to it another symbol that is yellow and the letter P with a yellow circle. How can I fix this. TIA
@@angelmesa2899 I called my local tire shop and they replaced what I messed up. I guess I should have borrowed the tool or just paid to have the rear ones replace. First time for everything. LOL
What tool did you use on the bolts to release the caliber on the rotor? and where did you get them? I tried taking it off to replace the rotor but can't find the tool anywhere, I was thinking it might only be a Mercedes part.
Thanks for the video. Mercedes dealership told me that the rotors can't ever be turned because of the soft metal that Mercedes use.Have you ever heard this?
What state are you in? I need my brakes and rotors done. Was going to try it myself but I would need further step break down because I've never changed brakes before.

Thank you and welcome to the channel.
When you first spin out the caliper piston does it do both rear wheels? Or will I have to do both wheels separately?
It should release both sides at once.
I have a 2016 Mercedes cla 250 that menu isn’t coming up to change pads inside the car is there another way to do this
Im about to do my brakes but I can’t get in that menu, do some don’t have it ? It’s a 2016 cla 250

hello, awesome video, is it the same procedure for the front brake rotor / pad change?
is there a reason the menu with the phone and ok button isn’t popping up on a 2018 cla 250?

I guess I needed the scanner. Paid the shop to help.

Sorry I overlooked your comment. I’m glad you got it taken care off. Stay blessed!
Thanks man, Great video! Do you need special socket to remove caliper bracket bolts?

Hello! No tools needed to release the caliper. All done electronically from inside the car. Please rewatch the video for clarification.

I personally haven't heard that but I don't think they will be lying about it. I usually just replace rotors.
