      thank you. I used to run away from picking kittilay back home. it's so much much and it's annoying, but it's not annoying when it is prepare into a delicious soup😋😂

    I love watching your videos, as for the kittlay, I prefer it dry easier to keep that way. I'm in Liberia don't have the time to cook all the time, I usually cook most of my food and put it in the fridge but I'll try this.

      thanks!. And yes, cooking the food in big batch and storing it in the fridge is a good idea. And for the kittilay, this is just another way to store the kittilay if you can't get the dry one's

    The easiest way for the kittilay is to wash it with the stamp on it and boil it like the way you did with the eggplant. The stamp will come off easily then using the knife and save time. That how I do it.

    i just got a deep freezer, every time i cook a big soup i store some in a freezer bag

      that's good. I do the same thing too, but I store mine in small bowls.

      I live in MA but i got mine from Minnesota. If you know anyone that live there, you can send them money and they can bye it and mail it to you.

      Yes. The kittilay is also known as turkey berries and pea eggplants, and the bitterballs is also known as garden eggs.
