I lived in Tel Aviv in the year 2000, in Sheinkin Street. It seems to have changed a lot, I hardly recognise the streets at all. I think it looks a lot better now than it did 22 years ago.

There are also many volunteers, tho not as many like in the past, mostly young Europeans and Americans who come to work and live for free in one of kibbutzim, agricultural 'communist' communities.
Maybe some other language besides English, like Chinese? Since a lot of Israelis came from all over the world, from about >90 different official countries, there's hardly any shortage of language teachers, let alone English.

Thank you for sharing all of this. I have two random curiosities for you or anyone who would like to comment. Is Tel Aviv a very humid or a dry heat place? About "Sephardic and Mizrahim" women. There have been a couple of videos on here where the you tuber was interviewing different people on the street. One time there was a woman being interviewed who eferred to herself as "half Yemen and half Libyan. She was absolutely beautiful to say the least, sorry I am only a man with many weaknesses. How likely of a chance is there that a white American, non Jewish, non Israeli man would be able to have a committed relationship with a woman like her or even get married? Thank you for sharing all of this. I have two random curiosities for you or anyone who would like to comment. Is Tel Aviv a very humid or a dry heat place? About "Sephardic and Mizrahim" women. There have been a couple of videos on here where the you tuber was interviewing different people on the street. One time there was a woman being interviewed who eferred to herself as "half Yemen and half Libyan. She was absolutely beautiful to say the least, sorry I am only a man with many weaknesses. How likely of a chance is there that a white American, non Jewish, non Israeli man would be able to have a committed relationship with a woman like her or even get married? Thank you to anyone willing to comment and please be nice even if you don't like my comment.
Tel Aviv is considered very humid. That women meant half Jewish-Yemeni and half Libyan-Jewish. Religious Jews marry only Jews, but if they’re secular they may not care about your religion
Most likely they would prefer to date Jews. Especially us mizrahim that traditions are a bit more important than the average Israeli
