While writing this workflow rule condition 1 the instant actions does not show "Notify" as in your video the drop down shows only Field Update,Assign Owner,Email Notification, Task,Webhook,Function
There can be a few things related to the automation, crm version, etc. Please show zoho support and they can assist. If you are an existing client of our company, pls email you account manager and we will take care of that.

When I used Hubspot in my last job, I was able to create sequences and add prospective clients to the sequences very easily. It seems complicated in Zoho to have to create a mailing list and filter first. Am I able to add new leads to a sequence manually without autosync?
Yes my friend. No problems. You can add sequences and add clients/leads. You can even create workflows that has tons of automations using drag n drop. I will release more videos soon about it.
Hey Lior, While adding the Instant action how are you getting "Notify" option as CLIQ as I can See only Email Notification.

Shalom Lior. I want to create a workflow that sends an acknowledgement to a customer who has completed a Zoho form on our web site. I can see that the workflows can automatically send internal emails but not to an external recipient. is this possible?
