    Great vids! Curious to know if this campaign tool can be used for cold email sales and if so, how it compares to lemlist. Do I need both or can I get the lemlist functionality in zoho marketing service?

      Hey! It can be used for cold messaging but it won't have near as in-depth charts as lemlist. Primarily, Marketing Automation is used for newsletters and warm email campaigns. That being said you can certainly build a cold email flow and see how well that works as a trial and compare lemlist. Would be interesting to compare the two and see how they do with a given cold outreach campaign. I think lemlist really just has a better UI and probably some cold outreach features that marketing automation will be missing.

    If a lead interacts and takes the desired action in one of the emails. How do we ensure that they drip campaign is stopped for that particular lead?

    • @Clientric
      @Clientric  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Somtochukwu!
      What we typically do is have some sort of flag or checkbox on the lead/record module. Once the desired action has been completed the flag is then checked off. That allows us to create a conditional case when the workflow is being created, "If the 'Flag' (desired outcome) is not checked, then continue this workflow, otherwise, stop the workflow".
      I hope that makes sense and helps!

      @@Clientric Hi!
      Can you please tell me where I can find these flags?
      Thank you for such amazing content.

    Is there a way to stop the sequence when a prospect has replied? I want to run cold email campaigns using it.

    • @Clientric

      Hi! What sequence are you actually referring to? We can undoubtedly help you if you provide us additional information.
      We may arrange a meeting to go over it in greater detail.
      You can reach us at Manav@clientric.co or Ritik@clientric.co

      I am also looking for a way to run this as a cold email champaign.

    If my mail not opened and am want to send same mail how to do?

    • @Clientric
      @Clientric  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Soumya,
      As far as I'm aware there is no native way to do this in Zoho CRM. You can do this manually easily enough by tracking the "Unopened" emails in the email reports.
      As for automated, it may require some code, or a Zoho Flow to get that set up and working the way you'd like. Alternatively, if it can fit more so into a Marketing Automation Journey, that would be another option.

    Interesting but often before continue a campaign you must know if email open or not before to send a follow UP.

    • @Clientric
      @Clientric  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your comment! Zoho pushes this through your own SMTP server so it tracks all of that. Under the email templates you can actually get a report on how your email templates are performing. Ultimately, this allows you to track the different templates you are using and find the one that works best when creating follow-up emails!

    Can i have an automated reply if someone emails me with a keyword in the subject line?

    • @Clientric
      @Clientric  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Anthony,
      Natively, no. However depending on what email system you use (Google, Outlook, etc) you might be able to use Zoho Flow (or Zapier for that matter) to track the email responses and trigger emails based off of the subject.
      What we've done in the past is create a Zoho flow for Gmail, create an "Email Record" in a custom "Communications Module". This email record has all the email details which you can then trigger workflows from.
      It may also be possible to utilize Zoho Sales Inbox to do some of this, but we haven't dealt with anything like that and prefer more control using Zoho Flow.
      I hope that helps!

    maybe work on not skipping steps. for each step you vocalize, you skip over at least 2-3 other steps that you took to get there.

      @@Clientric first 30 seconds. You skipped "go to settings, then go under automation, then click...." that's what I'm referring to including many others in the video. For someone brand new to the crm, who is not familiar with the layout of the software, it would make following your guidance much easier if you actually detailed where things are located as you get there.
