MTC deluxe was introduced in 1998 at that time it did not have a proper fare structure. In 2001 it was twice the LSS fare. Now LSS is not there. But its used to calculate deluxe fare. For Rs6 LSS fare is 6.50, twice the deluxe fare is 13. Deluxe boards with out digital boards have blue colour boards.
