It was nice to hear that someone else gets upset over their pores not working out and lose sleep. It’s amazing how it affects me. But it does. So I learned something watching your video tonight and I will try using the Spray in my paint and see what happens. I love your voice. Amazing how you experimented with your spray varnish for the cells , as you mentioned about failures, so happy it came through for you! Sometimes you just need to keep on through a breakthrough and success happens! Seeing you have that gives hope for others too! It came out Great blues cells are beautiful. And blow technique finished it perfect! Thank you for sharing.

Gorgeous, i was just about to try to add some liquid varnish to my paints and experiment...did not think about adding spray varnish! I like what you did at the end by blowing the top of the canvas. Please do a follow-up vlog on this piece. I am curious to see how it dried. Maybe the varnish pooled or cracked the paint.
That’s so awesome. I’m just a beginner myself and have been so inspired watching all the wonderful art videos. I also have been experimenting with acrylic painting at times I don’t like how they come out but hey I’m not perfect I just keep on trying.
Well Veronica, I've made my first masterpiece! And I was trying and trying but it did pay of 😌 and it's reassuring to hear you might have the occasional hiccup 👍so thanks for reaching so well and I'm so inspired 🙏🙏🙏🇭🇲
Everywhere is out of Floetrol where i am at here in Nola. I have Liquitex Pour Medium, Spray Gloss Varnish , Gesso, high gloss varnish and silicone. I just been mixin the pour medium, varnish
Twinkle Twinkle Many Many CELLS...Hahaha... BRAVO! Ur Liquid Varnish Experiment was/is Quite A Success! Colour Scheme, 2Thumbs UP! Reminds Me of Water Bubbles & the blank white portion on which U blew also created An Awesome Waves dissipating effect! I Loved this Art Work!

I also hate wasting paint! So I'll be practicing for my big canvas to make a BIG SWIPE!!! Beautiful beautiful painting!!👏👏👏💜🎨
I want to do this so bad like you do. Make those cells I love the cells. I found a lot of mine cracked after they cured. Never got to sell action that you did. So I'll watch it again cuz you are my favorite because you taught me to embellish. That saved my life and all those that what I thought was wasted
@@MiiPaintings oh you're awesome. And I did one today using the varnish spray in it and it made beautiful sells. I don't know how to show you my work. Do you have email I'll have to look.♥️♥️🙏🏼
Wow! That was absolutely stunning! At first I was wondering about that white bit and when you said you were going to blow it out I didn’t expect it turn out as amazing as it did in the end. I’m just a total beginner but this makes me really want to try this!
That was a great result! I've never seen anyone using white gesso as a base though; at least where I'm located the gesso is many more times more expensive than white paint so it wouldn't be very cost effective to use. It also has a very different finish, so I'm wondering if you miss a spot in swiping how it would look, sort of matte finish where the gesso remained and a gloss finish where your paint dried. Interesting experiment anyway!
Oh, that´s so interesting. I actually used gesso, because it is much cheaper in my country than usual white acrylic paint. It´s interesting to know that is it opposite in your country. It behaved like my usual white colour. But it probably also depends on the brands which you use. And thank you :-)
OMG you made my day, i just misted 2 swipes with silicone, now i know why, thank you and your paint is just wonderful, im hopping i get it right this time
Im having a hard time making cells, I have tried several different ways? My paint's blend in together when I'm moving the canvas, they doing stay there original color? Any suggestions? Thanks Rick
@@kiranwarraich2567 I’m guessing you’re doing something like a flip cup where you’re layering the colors on top of one another? If so then what you can do is after each color put black gold or white. Just a little though because you don’t want them to over power the other colors. That will keep the colors separate. You can also get a color wheel to know what colors will muddy if mixed. If you have a blue and you put a color on top that is a blue hue, you can layer it on top. Like say a red with a blue hue instead of red. But that’s kinda something you have to learn and a color wheel is perfect. Another thing is your colors will run into each other if you tilt too much. And finally, your colors will muddy if your paint consistencies are not even with each other. What happens is that when you go to tilt and you have colors that are thinner than the others, your thinner ones will roll over the top of the thicker ones causing them to mix and muddy. After mixing your paints, get a piece of thin cardboard and put a dime size circle of each paint next to each other( not touching each other), at the very top, then tilt down. If they all run down at the same speed and evenly, then your paints are good to go. Hope that helps
I like this one; looks like lizard skin. I'd like to see you use a metallic silver, bronze, or gold as a layer along with your other color pallet in one of these art pieces... I believe the results would be amazing. Also, are there any paints with luster; like pearl or iridescent paints? I think these would be nice to use as well.
Does this also eliminate the need to thoroughly clean the painting before sealing? Bc cleaning silicone off before varnishing is not always easy! Thanks so much! Game changer.
Hi Veronika, new sub here 💖 This is one of the most beautiful swipes I have seen on youtube. Simply stunning. Can't wait to see your future projects! Alicja x
Congratulations! I’m so happy for you!!! This is gorgeous! You should all this the Mii Swipe! I love the way you used less paint - some people cover the board and lose the bottom colour. Thank you for sharing. Arteza paints are expensive in Australia too so I sent a little donation towards more. I have one question though, Did you say you had gesso in the white mix? The way you phrased it sounded like that, or did you just mean the 70% white paint and 30% of water instead of gesso? I’ve replayed it and I’m confused. Perhaps you meant Titanium White and meant gesso was the colour? It’s something you said twice?
Sometimes I use gesso for my white coat. I mix it 30 % gesso and 70 % pouring medium. But the reason why I used gesso is that it was less expensive then titanium white acrylic colour :-) otherwise I would just use titanium white mixed with pouring medium :-)
To be honest I prefere not to use varnish, because if you change obe thing (brands, ratios) it doesn’t have to work. So prefere using pouring + silicone
@MiiPaintings well I tried copying you and nah, not good at all, but I just love the swipe technique you used, you created a truly beautiful piece there. I only use floetrol and silicone oil, a beginner but I'll keep trying, all the best.
I've just found you and yes it was a WOW from me as well, I've had a disaster with paint pouring/swiping but I am going to try this technique, thank you so much for sharing step by step instructions on how to do this, absolutely beautiful result and can't wait to have a try on a small canvas 😊
Bravo! I appreciate that you shared the results of your experimentation. Thanks to you, I now know of a way to get cells without spending so much money on some of the more costly supplies. I hadn’t heard of using Elmers and water, either. You shouldn’t feel ashamed to post failed experiments, since that’s useful also. Remember, Thomas Edison said that he didn’t fail 10,000 times to invent the lightbulb, he found 10,000 ways that would not work. Knowing that a particular method doesn’t work saves others from repeating that wasted effort. Great job!
Ooh Mrs Veronica, you’re soo much fun to watch. And we have lots in common lol when you said that part about not being able to sleep I felt every word 💯🙌🏼💕
Thats brilliant. I am dying to have a go at this . Now you have shown us a way to get Lots of cells without a heatgun, Well I'm gonna definitely try now. Thank You. You also have the most soothing voice, you could be the voice for a relaxation tape.
Today I did my third attempt at pouring... first attempt that actually worked and got cells. This time I used water and glue in the mixture to dilute the paint. I used light pastel pink, pastel purple, and white. It turned out cool
Blessings to you from Brooklyn Ny just love beautiful colors and cells allways worth a try in every thing we do so keep experimenting and thanks for sharing this my 1st time to this video
Hi there Mii! So you have just added a small squirt of spray varnish to the paint correct? I am doing a beach pour canvas for a lady and I have set the sand down but I just love the way you have blown out that last section. This technique is so what I have been looking for too blend the foreshore water into the sand. Absolutely gorgeous.
I was having a tough day, so u decided to try a new acrylic pour. I've NEVER swiped, nor do I know anything about doing that. But I was so inspired by you! If I can find a way to show you my results, I will. But THANK YOU!!!

@@MiiPaintings i have a question. I messed up on a second one, so I wiped up what i could, dried it up, and put a coat of homemade gesso over it. Once it dries, will I be able to make a new swipe, or did I simply ruin it?

Hello Rick, it´s really hard to say. Sometimes it depends on the brand of colours and pouring medium, which you´re using.
If your colors blend on the canvas it might be that your paint is too thin. Try a thicker consistency.
Also you should layer the colors as to not get muddy colors. Theres videos on it
@@deonaeddy7749 please share the links for how to choose colors , use them in which order for the pour to not get muddy

After mixing your paints, get a piece of thin cardboard and put a dime size circle of each paint next to each other( not touching each other), at the very top, then tilt down. If they all run down at the same speed and evenly, then your paints are good to go. Hope that helps
Wow! Stunning! Absolutely gorgeous. I’m going to experiment with varnish too. Thanks for sharing your experiment.
Thank you too Marialicia for watching
I like this one; looks like lizard skin. I'd like to see you use a metallic silver, bronze, or gold as a layer along with your other color pallet in one of these art pieces... I believe the results would be amazing. Also, are there any paints with luster; like pearl or iridescent paints? I think these would be nice to use as well.
Thank you so much. It sounds interesting. I might try something with gold in the future :-) And no. Just usual paints.
Does this also eliminate the need to thoroughly clean the painting before sealing? Bc cleaning silicone off before varnishing is not always easy! Thanks so much! Game changer.
I usually clean it gently with wet baby wipes and don’t have problem with varnish.
Hi Veronika, new sub here 💖 This is one of the most beautiful swipes I have seen on youtube. Simply stunning. Can't wait to see your future projects! Alicja x
Hello Alicja , thank you very much for subcribing
Bravo so refreshing to see a different pour. Thank you.
Thank you Sylvia
Gorgeous!!!!! I'm certainly trying this next time, thankyou so much for sharing this gem, all the best!
Woooooow, it looks incredible! Anyway I have a question, did you wait until white base dries and then you add paints?
Hello Justyna, no. I don´t wait. I pour it straight on :-)
Turned out great!
❤️
Love every pour you make.
What a great surprise that was. I will be trying varnish in my paint and hope to get a similar result. Thx.
I've just found you and yes it was a WOW from me as well, I've had a disaster with paint pouring/swiping but I am going to try this technique, thank you so much for sharing step by step instructions on how to do this, absolutely beautiful result and can't wait to have a try on a small canvas 😊
I wish you success
That’s incredibly beautiful!!
Thank you so much
Great job!
Thank you so much for your beautiful words. And thank you for telling me what Thomas Edison said. It is very encouraging :-)
Ooh Mrs Veronica, you’re soo much fun to watch. And we have lots in common lol when you said that part about not being able to sleep I felt every word 💯🙌🏼💕
Thank you Rachael :-)
Absolutely amazing!!!!♥♥♥ You are professional!♥♥♥
Thank you
So beautiful. Great art!
Thank you Diether

Thank you so much Vicki
Wow! Great result.
Thank you Jerri
Wonderful. I will try this. Had many failures with Floetrol and Silicones. Sent you a little gift for material. 🎉
Thank you so so much. I really appreciate it. I wish you success
I appreciate you! Thank you for sharing!
Thats brilliant. I am dying to have a go at this . Now you have shown us a way to get Lots of cells without a heatgun, Well I'm gonna definitely try now. Thank You.
You also have the most soothing voice, you could be the voice for a relaxation tape.
Thank you so much Edelno. I actually always hated my voice, so it makes me so happy when somebody likes my voice
Accidental ASMR video
Today I did my third attempt at pouring... first attempt that actually worked and got cells. This time I used water and glue in the mixture to dilute the paint. I used light pastel pink, pastel purple, and white. It turned out cool
Glad you had nice cells :-)

So much fun to watch your videos. You sound so friendly and honest. And the result is really amazing. Thanks and good luck always.
Thank you Peter
Hi there Mii! So you have just added a small squirt of spray varnish to the paint correct? I am doing a beach pour canvas for a lady and I have set the sand down but I just love the way you have blown out that last section. This technique is so what I have been looking for too blend the foreshore water into the sand. Absolutely gorgeous.
Yes. That’s right. It was paint mixed with pouring medium. And I am happy you enjoy my video :-)
That was awesome! Mesmerizing.
Thank you Barbara
It's so fun to hear your excitement. How cool is that. .I wonder how it would work with liquid varnish. Have a great day Veronika, Hugs!
Thank you :-) I don’t have liquid varnish, but it might work too :-)
Maybe polyacrylic
Thank you! Absolutely amazing!
Thank you Sandra
I was having a tough day, so u decided to try a new acrylic pour. I've NEVER swiped, nor do I know anything about doing that. But I was so inspired by you! If I can find a way to show you my results, I will. But THANK YOU!!!
That’s great you tried that. I love swipes, because it always creates something beautiful. I have got fb group - Create with Mii - where you can show us your beautiful art 🙂❤️
@@MiiPaintings i have a question. I messed up on a second one, so I wiped up what i could, dried it up, and put a coat of homemade gesso over it. Once it dries, will I be able to make a new swipe, or did I simply ruin it?
@@Jennifr1966 I think it should work :-) I would definitely try it :-)
Amazing experiment I'm excited to try it! I'm also happy you did not waste paints. I can relate to you when I waste paint due to failed pour or painting I can't sleep either.. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for watching :-)
Oh wow I will try this, spectacular
Thank you so much Maryse
