    Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    • 2 chicken breasts
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
    • ½ tablespoon green chili paste
    • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for coating)
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon ghee
    • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
    • ½ tablespoon chopped green chilies
    • 1 medium-sized onion (chopped)
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    Steps:
    1. Prep and Marinate the Chicken:
    • Wash and clean the chicken breasts.
    • Make crisscross cuts on the chicken.
    • In a bowl, mix the chicken with salt, garlic, green chili paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, and black pepper.
    • Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Coat the marinated chicken in all-purpose flour.
    • Heat butter and ghee in a pan on low heat.
    • Add the chicken breasts and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
    • Remove from the pan and set aside.
    3. Prepare the Gravy:
    • In the same pan, add butter, chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
    • Sauté until fragrant.
    • Add onions and cook until they turn reddish-brown.
    • Add a pinch of water and salt to soften the onions.
    • Mix in black pepper, soy sauce, and honey.
    4. Combine and Serve:
    • Add the chicken breasts to the pan and coat them in the sauce.

    Add one medium-sized chopped onion and sauté until the onions turn a soft reddish color. Add a pinch of water and a little salt to help the onions melt and caramelize nicely. Now, sprinkle in half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, one tablespoon of soy sauce, and two tablespoons of honey. Mix everything together until it's well-combined and glossy.
    Finally, add the cooked chicken breasts back into the pan and coat them generously with the sauce.
