What an incredible yacht this is. The attention to detail, technology and workmanship is unbelievable. I'm also a great fan of MTU as a company as they're design and development is top notch. Another well presented video as always.
Sunseekers always have that incredible balance between sporty sleek design and truly comfortable accommodation. Princess seems to focus pretty exclusively on the latter (and does it extremely well), but somehow SS just threads that needle about as well as any other yacht maker out there. The Sunseeker 116 is a breathtakingly beautiful yacht. However, I do have a few points of criticism: First of all - who came up with the idea to install only 5 crew-bunks in a yacht of this size? The Sunseeker 116 has room for 10 guests, 5 crew is simply not sufficient. There is at least a Captain, a First Officer, a Engeneer and a Cook. That leaves room for a deckhand who's also a stewardess? To the layout: The only thing I don't like about the layout is that the whirlpool on the foredeck is not really protected from sight. In port, everyone can see the guests splashing around. If you notice - many other yacht builders install the whirlpool midships, so that it is protected from the view from outside. But after these negative points there is also something positive: The design is very modern and partly already futuristic (see 0:14) and I like it very much. Space was not wasted and the cabins are pleasantly small (which I like better than a lot of wasted space in an area where one shouldn't stay too long anyway). Great Video!
The engineer would also be the first officer, and everyone except the captain can clean and help with docking. Five crew is plenty for a boat like this. As for the whirlpool, this is clearly a boat for people who like to be seen ;-)
As Felice also noted, almost no yacht shorter than 60m (200') is going to carry a dedicated engineer. Five crew is plenty on a 35m (116'). You also aren't really going to carry 10 guests - those twin cabins are really small; 6 is the reasonable max for a boat this size given that you only have one useable indoor deck. Ten people would be on each others nerves in no time given a day or two of foul weather. Move up to 40m (131' - minimum length for a superyacht and three true decks) you'll go to 8 crew. Going up to 50m (165') will bring another couple of people onto the crew and then you really can have 10-12 guests on board. Remember that you not only gain length but also beam and often deck height as you increase size.
Great tour. Lovely boat. Sunseeker seems to be just a titch above the rest. The 131 is still my winner and I have looked at much more expensive and larger ships. Thank you for the relaxing tours of these yachts sir.

Ah. Have photos stood in front of it on the 15th August. Stunning boat. Was up in a villa behind the supermarket ! There was a smaller beautiful one moored behind it too
I marvel at the sheer quantity of engineering skills that have to be brought together in one small package. Contrast this to the way they build motor homes (even expensive ones).
DAMN!!!WOW!!!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY THIS IS VERY WELL DESIGN BUT VERY WELL THERE ARE 200 hundred foot yachts that are not design like this WOW!! THANKS.
The way they utilities space is incredible for the space they have available could you imagine what they could achieve with a standard detached home in the uk
Static caravans are a slightly more accessible version of the same thing, if houses had storage like that you'd have no end of room. If I'm ever rich enough to custom-build a house, each step of the stairs will be a concealed shelf for Commando comics too.
What a magnificent Yacht! It's a real gem, super clean and highly desirable! Very well put together tour, thank you! The first video I have seen where you mention Intenet connections! Something I will need to work and travel when I purchase my floating home!

Always been partial to Azimuth but Sunseeker has really outdone themselves here! From mechanicals to upholstery the quality is second-to-none! Design and layout are well planned, fit and finish impeccable, this has to be one of the best , if not the best, in this size range. Kudos!
Another excellent presentation and Nick Woodman (CEO) of GoPro who probably has one of these yachts should be really proud his GoPro cameras are being used in such a good way.
Your presentations are so thorough and your enthusiasm really shows and that is what makes your videos so interesting.
Once again if we see you sailing down in Gosport will give you a wave and a thumbs up.
Keep up the great work.
Back in the days, when Aquaholic wasn´t quite sure, *how to pronounce "Miele"* ...so he just didn´t say it.
I saw that video! Yes, so I went to their site, original German company making butter machines. "Miele," like "Sheila."
@@pilotnelson4507 what the fuck do u mean
@@jasonschop6544 No need to be rude. No need at all.
His current pronounciation is correct however (i'm german).
@@cehape2719 stimmt! das war nur eine kurze phase. mittlerweile hat er es drauf!
Sunseeker at the top of their game in production yachts. Cant wait to see what they come up with in partnership with Icon. Great walkthrough Aqua.
Thanks. Agreed, the 161 should be very special. Hopefully I'll get a tour for AQUAHOLIC!
AQUAHOLIC yesyesyes
Modern yacht is a fascinating completely independent ecosystem. Thanks for this wonderful insight!
In Campomanes, live there and a stunning vessel. Mine was lying at B3. Its in real life at least twice as good looking!
Ah. Have photos stood in front of it on the 15th August. Stunning boat. Was up in a villa behind the supermarket ! There was a smaller beautiful one moored behind it too
I can see a lots of efforts in this video. Making video with every detail is such a challenge and this guy nailed it in all manners. Respect^^
I marvel at the sheer quantity of engineering skills that have to be brought together in one small package. Contrast this to the way they build motor homes (even expensive ones).
Wonderful! There is a real enjoyment seeing this whether one can afford a boat like this or not.
What an incredible superyacht! Thank you for the outstanding tour, it is always a pleasure to watch your tours.
Disregard the trolls and idiots. Super nice boat and super great tour. Cheers.
What a magnificent Yacht! It's a real gem, super clean and highly desirable! Very well put together tour, thank you! The first video I have seen where you mention Intenet connections! Something I will need to work and travel when I purchase my floating home!
I would love to understand the architecture behind this boat both in a physical manner and in terms of electronics/maintenance (pipings). What a monstrous boat!
This is the first video I've seen of a superyacht, very very impressive; the only thing missing on the boat was a medical room and doctor! Great tour and commentary.
At last decent Crew quarters, and a rather nice yacht to boot.
11 months old and only just popped up! Worth the wait Nick brilliant as always...
Amazing boat! amazing open area in the front aswell! I love those open areas!
I Love how this guy really likes the boats. It makes the channel way more interesting.
Fantastic, you are a credit to TH-cam. Another quality factful video, thankyou.
Thank you :)
An unseen force made me push the like button
I saw one of these reviews randomly on Facebook and came to the channel. I’ve watched like 5 reviews today’s lol these yachts are so interesting and intricate I never knew 😅
Awesome! Welcome aboard. 🙂
Hey , i just stumbled on to your channel like yesterday and i must tell you sir , you do a fine job for us aspirational people to believe in the dreams and achieve it with such beautiful fleets of yachts....
This guy makes it hard to exit u have to watch all of it ....brilliant
This narrator is amazing! I could listen to him all day!
That engine room is amazing. Love that you show them in all your videos.
The styling on the side is amazing
Sunseeker, makes an impressive selection of boats/yachts-truly beautiful/crafted yacht.
Love the sunseeker 116, suppose it's a yacht that can be owner driven. Beautiful British yacht
Being an engine head i feel like big boats are the ultimate end game, like twin V16s chugging 2600 hp each, yeah thats something anyone into cars can appreciate.
really enjoy your videos. The reverence and respect you show for these yachts is great, no matter the size. Too bad I will not own one...
This is incredible nice to see from an engineering and design standpoint! As you said: piece of art.
I just love those big lovely yachts. I always wanted to have a yacht like this. My dream is to have a yacht like this too. Perfect videos i love your tours. 😄🛥️🚤
Doesn't get much closer to perfection than this.
This was great video, every corner of the yacht is shown, especially I like the order of presentation! 👍👍👍
Thank you very much!
