I have no words. It's a perfect yacht. It's spacious, modern and understated. Lots of opulence without the gaudy nonsense of some of these megayachts where they let an interior designer create an over the top, "what the hell were they thinking?" visual nightmare. This impressive machine is as close to perfection in exterior and interior design I have ever seen.

You did it so well, & so professionally that we will be looking for your tours again. As for the boat, wow, what a superb yacht, & to think it isn't brand new is a credit to the owners. Unfortunately, even if I won the lottery, I would not be able to afford it, but what a dream you have given us!!!

Almost perfect. The main deck suite needs to have a side walk-out that could have a wing/balcony. But that is just me. I love balconies. It looks very comfortable and welcoming.
I would like to suggest to the designers that they add pull down arm rests on their couches (indoors and outdoors). Makes for a more comfortable seat and provides something to rest your arms on.. just a thought

Beautiful! This one really hits all the right points. There are just a few things I would have differently if I custom ordered a yacht, so this one is about as close to perfect as possible for me. Very open, very relaxed, and built to maximize the outside space as much as possible, without compromising anything inside. Great balance, And so happy to have Alex back with those sexy feet of his. Made this a perfect video! 😉😉

I dont understand this, what do you do if the weather turns bad... where do you hide/store the massive amount of pillows and cushins? I assume there are a cover for the pool?
Is this really an ocean crosser because all that glass I would be kinda worried in a big storm but that's just me but I've seen it blow the windows right out of the wheel house on a 110 foot fishing trawler so it gives me concern about the glass but it's a beautiful boat for sure the decorations are great who ever did that are very good she seems like a super nice boat and as always you did great Alex
Hi, gorgeous yacht, "can you please tell me if the pantry in the 2nd state room has been removed? Or did you skip it? :) As on ZOZO layout there is one. "If no pantry how do you expect to serve dinner on the VIP deck or the captain bridge? Another thing is the outdoor bars, they need some colours or chrome strips inserts, as it' to plain all in white, but it's a fantastic Sunseeker yacht. I prefer the lounge area layout then the VIP 2nd state room, as the pantry is definitely needed with the dumbwaiter lift to serve the deck dinning area and the captain room or bridge. With the VIP state room you cannot have a waitress serve food passing through with food bothering guest, so i think it's best to be left as lounge area. Thanks for this great video.
Hey annoying question, not just about this boat, but all these yachts... Most ocean going vessels I've been on have emergency generator equipment on an upper deck, isolated from the main engine compartment. It was my understanding this is a code requirement, and also kinda common sense to have emergency power to run the bilge pump, basic systems and such from a place that will still work if the main engine compartment fires or floods out. But absolutely all these yachts have all power sources in the same room, no separation. Are they not built to unrestricted ocean going (CE A or LY3)? Or is there a battery bank or something that's never shown in these youtube yacht videos?

Agree with you, this is not an "ocean going" vessel, a 40'+ wave crashing down on that bridge glass would cave it in. This would be a dangerous vessel in a storm at sea. This is however a perfect bay boat, Riviera coastal boat, Caribbean Island hopper, etc. Just don't plan to cross the Atlantic to get to any of these locations. To me, for this price I'd prefer a Van Lent Feadship of the same size or even a Westport 130. All that glass on this vessel is a wave target. It is a very pretty boat however and it is exquisitely fashioned and executed, just not suited to any serious passage making.

The amount of space is unbelievable for a 40m. Iam sure even other brands with a 50m or 60m would not have some much space. Very intelligently done.

Most crew area's are not designed the same as the rest of the boat because people just aren't in them much.

The 12 person maximum only applies if it is being used as a charter vessel.
