Hi Manik, it's really great watching your videos. I am a very old IMG passing my MBBS in 2006. I did my MD in Physiology in 2011. Thereafter I was working as Assistant professor in India and now in Saudi Arabia. Recently I passed my USMLE step-1, Step-2CK and OET Medicine. I want to apply for residency programs for Match 25. Please give me your valuable suggestion as I don't know what to do next.

I am a physically challenged MBBS graduate from Osmania Medical College, India, with 10 backlogs. I completed my degree from 2014 to 2023, including internship. Currently, I find myself in a phase of depression while contemplating which path to take. I am considering enrolling in an MPH program in the USA and subsequently pursuing the USMLE. My plan involves gaining valuable experience through clerkships and obtaining strong Letters of Recommendation from US hospitals. Despite my academic setbacks and a less-than-ideal resume, I am optimistic about the feasibility of this path. I would appreciate your insights on whether this pursuit is realistic or if I should opt for the NEET PG exam.

    Hey Manik,
    I am older graduate.
    Want to pursue usmle.
Apart from exams, big deal is about CV and/ Lor's, research and all.
My question is,,, if i dont have research experience/papers etc.,, and my score is average/good,,, can i still be selected?
What r the chances good, bad, worst?

Those who have completed ECFMG registration hut haven’t applied for triad ? Do they have to go through registration right from the beginning again ? Or the old registration is enough to apply for exam ?

Thank you Manik, I like your videos. I am starting usmle journey after a fellowship in Reproductive endocrinology&infertility in India and Ethiopia. My external exam was with a professor in USA. So, wil that be helpful for me to join OBGYN?
