Please give me your valuable suggestion as I don't know what to do next.

Hello brother. Did you get any answers for this question ⁉️ I have the same question, I did MS in neurosurgery 4.5 years training but now I am moving to US..

I am a physically challenged MBBS graduate from Osmania Medical College, India, with 10 backlogs. I completed my degree from 2014 to 2023, including internship. Currently, I find myself in a phase of depression while contemplating which path to take. I am considering enrolling in an MPH program in the USA and subsequently pursuing the USMLE. My plan involves gaining valuable experience through clerkships and obtaining strong Letters of Recommendation from US hospitals. Despite my academic setbacks and a less-than-ideal resume, I am optimistic about the feasibility of this path. I would appreciate your insights on whether this pursuit is realistic or if I should opt for the NEET PG exam.
There are many people in medicine who have hardships yet they are able to match. You can use this as a selling point and many pd's will be moved by your will and grit. MPH sounds like a great path to start
