The frying chicken is younger, and 4 lbs. A roasting chicken is older, and 5-8lbs. So a 2.5lb breast is pretty common behind most supermarket meat counters. Dont even get me started on the mutated split breasts restaurants use.
McDonald is crap at base. It's everything but good food. it's not healthy and combine the worse thing together, as it is drink, hamburger or ice cream and such. there is reason why american people count the max amount of obesity and why their lifetime is going down due to that.

Why they only putting seasoning on just one spot on the burgers and not all around the burger? You take one bite and you get a mouthful of seasoning then the next bite you get no seasoning.🤦🏾♂️

If this guy were making his own burger, he would do a few things differently. Remove the stem core from the tomatoes, use less salt, and spread it evenly instead of just a pile in the middle of the patty. Wow, that is a lot of salt, and all in one spot. How is it even edible like that. One bite will be so salty you will have to spit it out.

We already eat too much salt in our life, there is salt in everything today, our required amount of salt is overkill everytime. salting meat is pur stupidity. Why not adding the seasonings into the meat mixture before it's wrapped, instead of right before grilling it?
Salting the meat beforehand makes for a sausage texture. Not something you generally want in a burger
