The Fade Other spell would have been great for that one kid who sees you casting magic and asks you to make him invisible.

The summon dragon priest should have been another reward for collecting all the masks

The Sophia nude bomb one was added when you installed the funny follower Sophia mod. One of the random things she says is that she used to go to the college of winterhold until she made a spell that made everybody naked and they kicked her out XD
I'd love to make everybody naked I love to have that spell the white run guards and the commander would be naked including the hunters I'd like to make ofina Gray _ mane naked to embarrass her in front of all her friends and the old woman that lives behind me at the breeze home I think she is a member of the dark brotherhood
I actualy recognize a lot of these spells from environmental things kilkreath light beams dremer steam etc etc
Ryko Truman they are assets never meant to be used by the player but are made functional for npc use
like the chicken one is for the wabbajack

OH I SEE! some of these are assets ment for other things to be using, such as that steam blast is the one for the dwarven centurion to use as it's steam cannon.

Seeker drain is what the seekers from the dragonborn DLC use and vile vapour is used by the Afflicted.

I think a lot of these are just spells that other enemies use that aren't available to the player through normal means.

Especially the Kaarstaag and Seeker spells are obvious to that, they name the enemey even.
They should have given the player those spells, if the player 100% completed skyrim,got every single shit

I got it vanilla game, no mods no nothin just clean game I was exploring the world and found it in a cave.
So it is available in game. I found it. No qasmoke or whatever it is. legit playthrough. If it isn't available then how do I have it?
I think that most of these are unobtainable because those are the spells that enemies,objects, or followers use. They're also probably ideas that got scrapped last minute and was just list in the coding. That's still some amazing effort and work you did to show us these. Some I've never heard of before :)
There's an awesome sounding shout called Benthic Scream but it causes the game to crash. The first word is Force, and the description says "your voice is raw power corrupted by the influence of Hermaeus Mora" whic leads me to think it's a modified unrelenting force with poison damage maybe

for those who dont know, in the game you can see brelyna's practice spell (the green one) in action in the collage of winterhold, when you let brelyna practice a spell on you. this spell was just a mistake she made during practice. another mistake she makes is turning you into a cow.

+Adam Ortiz Also, turning the enemy into a chicken isn't that one of the random effect you can get from the Staff? And the Emit steam just seems to be the steam traps from Dwarven places. Most of these spells seem to actually exist in game, just can't be used by player.

The.Nitron so is conjuring the dwarven sphere it's on the aetherial staff
Oh yeah, Eject Player Push is one of my favorite unobtainable spells. So fun to just wander around the city blowing people around. If you cast it with both hands (not dual casting with the perk), and release it one after the other, you can double the strength of the spell and send them flying even further.
I don't use it in combat. I consider it cheating, since it basically allows you to repeatedly cast Unrelenting Force again and again and again with no restrictions.
The "everything is green" -spell is casted on us by Brelyna Maryon during the college of winterhold-questline.
The "transmogrify" -spell can be casted using the Wabbajack.
"Karstaag's frost cloak" is of course casted by karstaag around him.
"Slime" is probably used by the lurkers in the DLC.
I think "Sofia's nude bomb" is added through the Sofia-follower mod.
"Spriggan spray" is used by the spriggans (surprise, surprise).
"Kilkreathlightbeam" should appear in the Kilkreath dungeon during Meridia's quest.
"Vile vapor" is used by the afflicted.

You can find my other unobtainable videos on my channel, at the end of this video, in the description of this video or in my Skyrim playlist. As for spell list I never found one. I just had to use the console command to get all spells, shouts and powers.

The further you went down the list, the more i realised most of these are actually in game, but as you say are indeed unobtainable, since enemies use them. The slime was from lurkers, the MQO what ever it was was for seekers, the lightbeam was used in meridia's temple as a puzzle effect. Its nice to see they are still in the coding tho!
A lot of these spells look like they are perfectly built into the game... Don't know why they aren't available as a spell tome.
Probably just didn't fit well with the flow of the game.

+Said Kharboutli Most of these spells are aimed for enemy use. Such as the dragons and such. Thus why they aren't obtainable by the player. Skyrim fill all the spells under the same list, like shouts, but some are assigned for enemy use, or even traps and area effects. Such as the dragon breaths are used for well, the dragons. There not meant for the player to learn. Also much like the player enemies and such have a base mana pool and the cost of some of these are so that said enemies can run out of magic, or not mass spam spells, thus the cool downs.
While some may be fun as player spells, and there are mods that add them as such, they are mainly aimed for enemies, or use as effects for areas, like a pipe blowing out steam that harms you.. or fancy light effects that are triggered, there all made as spells that are triggered in game by something or another.
So these are all the spells enemies and npcs' can use...right

Many of those appear to be unique abilities that only NPC's can use.
Some are clearly the shouts dragons use for example.
There is even one specific to Alduin himself. During his attack of Helgen Alduin used an attack that is a spitting image to the attack at 5:49.
Wherever Alduin's Fireballs landed it spawned a bunch of boulders around the site it landed, looks very similar does it not?
So technically I would say most of these are abilities are ones relegated to NPCs and only them being the only ones allowed to use them. Either to achieve some sort of special effect or abilities specifically meant to challenge the player and to never be used by them.
Yeah spriggan spray, seeker drain, the lurker one, vile vapour they are all used by enemies.

It's a shame some of these weren't available. Even if they were nerfed, I feel the spells lacked in variety.. I mean only ice fire and electric as main elements? Ash, Water etc would have been awesome destruction additions, furthermore the amount of spells would increase, and variety would add more fun! In my opinion anyway, nice video :)
Conjure Dragon Priest is still sort of in the game if you have the konahrik dragon priest mask. When its healing perk is activated there’s a chance that it may summon a dragon priest

From my little understanding of the game, I will try to elaborate the uses of some spells listed in the video, Any correction is appreciated :D
*1:45** The Superlight*: I think it's used when Ancano was "playing" with that Eye of Magnus causing Savos's death.
*2:06** Brelyna's Practice Spell* : Is used by Brelyna during her quest "Help Brelyna Maryon by allowing her to practice her spells on you."
*2:30** Fade Other*: Is a complete working spell but unobtainable in the final release. It's now possible to make childs dream come true (make them invisible :D )
*2:47** Transmogrify* : Is the effect cause by the Wabbajack (maybe it was only for testing, since it only produce chikun :D)
*3:18** Ash Spray* : Is the smoke attack used by Dwemer Centurions
*4:43** Emitter Steam Blast* : Also used by Dwemer Centurions
*5:41** Firebolt Storm* : Looks like Alduin's Meteor Shout
*6:08** Frost Stream* : Remember the voice! Its the Graybeard's Frost shout.
*6:29** Karstaag's Frost Cloak* : Is the cloak used by Karstaag the special frost giant in DB DLC
*7:25** Seeker Drain* : Is the Seeker attack in DB DLC when you explore Mora's realm, Apocrypha.
*7:51** Slime* : Is the melee attack of Lurkers, also found in Apocrypha, DB DLC.
*8:51** Spriggan Spray* : The drain attack used by Spriggans, the defensive abilities of Spriggans are Invisibility and Fast healing.
*9:35** KilkReathLightBeam* : It's the light beam used by Meridia's Crystals in her Daedric quest to purify her Temple, called Kilkreath Ruins.
*9:55** Conjure Dragon Priest* : Is one of the many effects that the mask Konahrik do, and for PC users, you can get this awesome fully-working spell (tested by me in many times) using this console command : player.addspell 0010fc16 (Note for PS3-XBOX users, you can import your save to the PC version of the game, add the spell, and then export your save back to your console).
*10:24** Conjure Dwarven Sphere* : Added by DG DLC but not implemented spell, you can add it via this command : player.addspell xx0142C0. (xx is your DG DLC load order number.)
*11:00** Conjure Spectral Dragon* : Is the special power from DB DLC you can choose it from Apocrypha, If you killed an enemy with fire breath shout, it spawn a wisp-like spectral dragon head for 60 secs.
*11:45** Spectral Arrow* : Fully working spell, but was removed from the game. Maybe because of high-magicka cost for a single arrow!
*11:30** Polymorph Skeever* : Is a non-completed power, maybe a Were-Skeever try :D don't use it, it's very buggy and impossible to go back to human form without reloading a previous save.
*14:11* : The Graybeard's Fire shout.
*14:51** : Dragon Breath* : the dragon's version fire breath (Yol Toor Shul )
*15:11** : Forgemaster Fireball* : Looks like the Dragon's distant fire shout (used when dragon's health is little)
*15:40** Frost Breath* : Is the Dragon's Frost Breath (Fo Krah Diin)
*16:00** Vile Vapor* : Used by The Afflicted in Peryite's Daedric quest "The Only Cure".
The ash spray was for the ash anarcs
lol lol frost stream is also used by the necromancer in the quest to get Dawnbreaker

Spectral arrow is a bit different because it has a spell tome and was actually intended to be in the game, it can even be found in the item test room for PC version players which contains legitimate items.
A lot of these things are completely finished an functional, I wonder why they didn't put them in the game

When you conjured the dwarven sphere at 10:30 I think that was one of the tested summon animations before they decided to have the quicker purple teleportation animation as the summon animation

Some of those powers and spells were recovered in mods, others are powers only enemies can use and a few were probably not programmed completely and that's why they have the effect of vanilla spells.
The ash, steam, spectral dragon, spectral arrow, turning into a skeever and vile shout spells would have been really cool if properly scaled and fixed in an unmodded. I know they're environmental/enemy spell stuff, especially the steam, but they would have been _so cool_.
JackieGoOutside you can actually use that with the visage of mzulft or something like that. its a lesser power if you have it equipped
Fade other is pretty cool. Also there was one destruction spell that just had a square for a name. Basically it was a powered up fireball spell useable in either hand.

Sofia's Nude Bomb is from a mod for a follower. You might have some others in here that aren't vanilla.
I did some research on the firebolt storm and it was programed into the beginning of the Skyrim gameplay when fireballs were falling from the sky and boulders were materializing out of completely fucking nowhere.
Oh that's awesome! Summon Dwarven Sphere rips it out of time! (It has the same visual effect as the time rip in the story)

Wait if these were vanilla game spells was the Sofia mod follower intended to be a Vanilla follower? Because in the mod Sofia talks about her nude spell that undresses everyone

You guys are forgetting that English may not be their first language, they may hear it but not read it.
It's more likely that Camel thought it was a vanilla spell but it was actually included in the mod.
It came with the mod, but with the PSB console command (the easiest way to get these spells), it added the Sofia Nude Bomb to his spell list.
PSB adds every spell, shout, and power in the game to your spell list, even spells added by mods. I'm sure Sofia was the sole idea of a mod creator and was not originally supposed to be a vanilla follower.
This is in vanilla standard edition Skyrim, you get it through the psb console command
I'm glad there is a de-clothing spell in Skyrim. I remember Sanguine's spell from Oblivion doing this.
spectral dragon, is also a special quest effect you get when you also unlocked yol tor shull, your shout summons one when an ennemys kill or something like that i don't remember but i had it

That's obtainable, and you can get it on part of the main quest.
You mean become ethereal? Very attainable and one of the most useful and time effective shouts with all three words along with slow time.

I have no idea why Bethesda decided not to include that spell in the game by default.

I got hands on the spectral arrow through the cutting floor mod, making it the original reward of the Infiltration Quest again. Actually I strongly recommend looking into the cutting room mod as it opens up the game for the "original" experience.
I know i am commenting really late but there was no ziil los dii du which is the shout miraak uses to instantly kill dragons. I don't know if the Dragonborn DLC was released when this video was made

From what I remember, the only way to get Miraak's Shout is with a mod and even then, it uses Miraak's voice clips since he's the only character in the game that uses it

A lot of these are I think the spells that are technically happening when other things happen, or versions of them, like the breath of nchuak, or that seeker drain spell is just what the seekers are doing behind the scenes

Camelworks It does make me wonder why though, that they didn't just tweak them a bit to make them not overpowered or underpowered, and throw them in the game to obtain. If they're already programed to work and stuff, why not? That Ash spell looked kinda cool. Same with the Steam one.
TXF Because they're meant to be unique abilities used by various characters/creatures.
For instance, the Steam one is likely used by the Dwarven Centurions. The fire spell he fires at his his is obviously the meteors that Alduin calls down when he attacks Helgen and you fight him.
They make no sense within the game world for you to be able to use them other than "but it's magic!", and giving you the ability to use them makes the effects less unique.

I may change them a bit so they're not overpowered, plus I'll add several new destruction elements and new summoning creatures, and several Oblivion spells, such as Water Walking, Feather, and Open *insert lock level* lock.

I think the firebolt storm is what comes down in helgen when Alduin shouts, and I think Brenlyan's whatever is what on of the College of Winterhold's students casts on the player in this one misc quest.

I don't remember where exactly I got it, but you can find it among rubble inside a ruin, abd you can actually kill it for free dwarven items and soul gems and things, it's wonderful

My favorite spell in terms of looks is the Kilkreath Light Beam. And if you go to the shrine of peryite, you get a quest and fight people (afflicted) that can use the vile vapor shout.

the poison spray "shout" is used by the afflicted in bthardamz, in peryites quest.

It's a scripted affect not an actual shout, which is why he never uses it in combat and only during specific point of the story.

I believe frost stream is the visual effect for frost breath shout and I recognize the effect for the summon dwemer sphere it's from the atherial staff it makes sense it would have to have a spell tied to it

A lot of these spells are unobtainable because they were coded for dragons to use, the steam blast was the centurions attack and the fire bolt that has rocks explode was the attack that alduin uses at Helen, the insect spay was the spriggan attack and so on.
the kilkreath light beam spell can also be gained on the pc version of skyrim in an iron man mod that also gives you an iron man set of armour as well as a spell that can summon a talking dwarven shere called jarvis

Best spell I love using from this list is the dragon priest one, once you are in battle they can summon their own Storm Atronach, so basically you can have 2 priests and 2 Storm Atronachs following you the entire time, freaking OP has hell though.
