    For the last two years, my husband and I get up at 5am to get our workouts done before work. This way, anything I do after work is extra! I don’t always love it, but I have the discipline to stick with it!!

      I would love to get up at 5am but my bf doesn't make it easy....lol...maybe start slow like get up 15mins earlier until we get up 5am...

    Good morning, I usually go to bed around 3 AM sometimes 4 AM wake up every two hours to go to the bathroom from Coke and Dr Pepper and I would like to start going to bed earlier that way I’m not yawning all day, I love your kitchen and I would give anything to have a fancy refrigerator like that. Your house is beautiful. I live in a trailer in my refrigerator is 38 years old. It’s not even white anymore. It’s now brown, I’ve always wanted to own a nice house but I can’t afford it. I have two window units for air conditioning and I can’t get the temperature below 85° inside my trailer, when it’s hot outside. so after my shower, I have to put a ice pack on top of my head because it takes me 20 minutes to stop sweating, it’s nice to watch videos like this so I can dream and pretend what it would be like to live in a comfortable, clean home with a beautiful refrigerator like that and the kitchen, your kitchen is bigger than my trailer, but going to bed earlier is definitely good. I’m working on that. Have a good day.

    I wake up between 6:30 and 8am everyday. I think it would be worth trying to wake up earlier, so I have more me time before my day begins. 😊 Thank you, Katie for this great video!

    Good morning 🙏 🌄 my day starts between 3 and 4 am. My alarm is set daily for 5am. I have not taken up to alarm for a few years now! Bless you for bringing 🙏 great insight on making time for yourself. I make my morning 🌄 start everyday with devotionals, water, just started adding salt, acv and wing woman, and then coffee with miss congeniality (still waiting on pumpkin spice) ordered first day it became availableto order. Eek. I love ❤️ all you do and seeing Luke, he's getting so big!!!!

    My lifestyle requires me to get up at 5:30 on week days for my job. I naturally wake up without an alarm at the same time on the weekends but allow myself to fall back asleep. I know this is so bad for me and would love to try getting up at the same time everyday. The feeling of having a full start to the day would be amazing. Thanks for the motivation!

    I was at a stay at home mom for ten years and just went back to working part time now that my youngest is in pre-k so I have been having to get up at 5:15am every morning. It is hard not to hit snooze but so worth it getting the bulk of my routine done before my kids start waking up at 6:30. Love to see you read your Bible 🖤!     Last year, I was in a good routine of getting up at 5am and working out. I felt so much better when I started my day with a workout. I totally agree with you about getting your workout in first thing in the morning. If I don’t, I procrastinate and don’t get it done. Thanks for this video !

    I hate it when I sleep later, rarely do, but when it happens I feel like I missed so much!! Love getting up early, especially when I go to bed at a decent time and Stay asleep 😴 thru the night...❤

      Ok yes, but sleep is vital to EVERYTHING , your mood, your energy, your vibration, everything lowers without enough sleep. So yes going to sleep about 9:30 PM and waking up at 5am is the golden spot💞

    I really do appreciate my sleep and waking up at 5 and getting a workout in. I also love love love my time in the morning or have my coffee before I start on breakfast and can so early get carried away by the day. Working out in the am isn't easy but it's soooo worth it I'll have to try the juice!

    Monday through Friday I wake up at 5am
    Takes time to really wake up and I go to bed at 8p but I start getting ready for bed at 7:30p and I love that routine
    I feel my best when I have this routine

    I think any kind of healthy routine that you can create for yourself will overall help your body, and your mindset. 545 AM seems to be a good time for my body clock. I feel like I accomplish a lot and have time to myself to be centered before the day starts.

    I live in the middle of Alaska so our summers are sunny 24/7. I took advantage of that this summer and was getting up super early to work out and start my day before my kids woke up. It was great. As soon as school started and it started to get dark again, that was out the window lol.

    If you keep waking up at the same time everyday then you will probably no longer need an alarm. Your body will naturally wake up. At least that’s what I have found. I have been walking early before the sun comes up and it’s been so nice to see my town “wake up.” It’s so quiet and peaceful. Also, going to a local coffee shop instead of Starbucks makes it much easier to control what is in your coffee. Plug for the local shops out there for my fellow baristas 😉

      Good morning, wow working at three or 4 AM in the middle of the night. I can’t imagine what kind of work would be available at that time frame in the middle of the night. I don’t even go to bed till then. Mom had a stroke. I’ve been helping out the family quite a bit so I don’t have a job which makes it extremely difficult. That’s why I live in a trailer. It’s constantly hot because my windows are so thin and old, have a good day.

    I’m usually in bed by 8-8:30 to be up by 3:40ish. I’ve been dealing with a torn Achilles so I’m getting up a little later but it does get easier 😊

      Sleep is so extremely important for Achilles. My husband just went through it and needed 10h per night in the first 8 weeks.

    I've been getting up super early to go to the gym before work. I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and getting up at 2am is rough but working out in the afternoon/evening doesn't work out well. I definitely agree it's better not to wait till last minute to get up and get ready as I dont feel prepared or awake.

    Haha it’s not always easy but i get up at 5am and by 5.10am I’m on the road for a 45 mins walk and then back home for a 1/2hr weight routine on my terrace. When I’m done i sit on the daybed right there for my bible and morning devotions. I then head to the kitchen to prepare my lunch for later, make doggies their breakfast (scrambled eggs and a little chunks), small house chore of 20-30 mins, shower, get dressed and full face of makeup then….off the work. My husband sleeps until the last 20 mins before we leave the house of which he spends 15 of those minutes in the shower lol.

I like to go to the mall they have walking tracks there and its air conditioned and very clean and I always have to have my coffee in the morning of course French vanilla lol

    I consistently wake up at 4:50 am every day. It has not always been easy, but as time has gone on it has gotten easier. I just got my Pumpkin Spice mood boost yesterday. I opened it right away and tried it, so good.

      How do you use the mood boost? Is it sweet enough that if you add to coffee it actually replaces wanting high sugar creamer? And do you real feel a difference taking it?

      Yes! I use it in my coffee every morning and don't use any creamer, just a little milk. Absolutely feel a major difference in my mood, PMS symptoms, etc. I have been using this blend since I created it in my kitchen way back when I started TH-cam. Now it's a much better blend and works like a charm.

    Getting up early is a great way to accomplish more. I have thought about getting a juicer, but I am afraid I would get tired of dealing with it.

    I'm still working on waking up 6am lol maybe I can progress to 5:45 to 5:30 and so forth. But even 6am is SOOO hard and I drink coffee right away too which now I am thinking of waiting an hour. Just got my miss congeniality powder too!

    I wish I could try that pumpkin spice version of your miss ongeniality. But unfortunately, the original I couldn't stomach the chemical taste that I was getting, at least, that's what it tasted like to me. But your other 2, the wing woman and slumber party are great!

    I really want to be a morning person and get my workout in the before the day starts but I'm a night owl. Always have been. Usually go to sleep between 11-12pm.

      @@LoveSweatFitness my day usually ends around 10pm. So then after I do my night time skincare routine I like to get in bed and watch TV. It's the only time I have to myself without my kids needing me or chores needing to be done. It's my me time. So my TV get turned on at around 10-10:30. Which I know is not the way but I need that time to myself after doing everything for everybody else all day everyday.
