Ming Flanagan takes issue with plans for a Dáil dress code

Luke 'Ming' Flanagan seeks to raise Seán Barrett's comments in an Irish Independent interview, with regard to a possible dress code for TDs, in the Dáil chamber. Business was suspended for several minutes due to the disruption.
