Yes very good match the important in football is to know who to play against big teams , something that Germany can not do they only enjoy winning on stater teams in football (just check the statistics of Germany vs brazil,argentina,italy ...)

I don't know what to expect this year. Italy may be a terrible team right now, but always remember, that apart from Brazil, nobody has more world cups than them. I highly doubt they'll win, but Italy can be very unexpected at times. FORZA ITALIA.

Buffon has played in most world cups than all the previous goalies Italy had in the past were talking 4 world cups now. Name me 1 Italian goalie that has played as many world cups Buffon did?> My answer is "NONE. Thanks to Buffon for helping Italy win the world cup in "2006. True captain and leader on the team.

How far this team goes depends how successful Balotelli is.
Forza Azzuri Not really true. You can't win the most major tournaments of any team (3 WC, 3 EC) and on average finish higher than any other team in the World Cup if you can't beat good sides. I think 12 semifinals and 7 finals speak for themselves. Italy is the only team Germany can never beat. They have a winning record against teams like Argentina, France, Spain, and Uruguay. And Germany has one of the best teams in the tournament, and are considered one of the top three favorites. Italy is not.
Balotelli this time will form a due with either cerci or immobile. They could be very dangerous. Previously, italy played with only one attacker, now they have become two.

Italy is the only European team that have made it to the final twice when it was played in America , last time was in 1994 when we lost in penalties against a very tough Brazilian side, hope they can do the same and maybe win this time, you never know what to expect from this great team...

Germany, lost to host), '78 (in Argentina, lost to host), and 2010 (in S. Africa, lost to Spain). Only one was on American grounds.

If Italy can score, their D will do the rest. They needs to start well and be confident offensively. They cannot afford to start slow, stagnant. They should make it out of their group with England. But, that first game, Italy vs England, can be a confidence booster or killer for either team depending on the outcome.

I think Italy and England will go through. Cerci is an exciting player, he will link up well with balotelli. Verrati and Pirlo on the ball with the engine of De Rossi. That is a very good midfield.
I think Uruguay will make it out behind Italy. England just isn't a top team that can compete with the best. As we saw last World Cup, they can barely compete with USA, Slovenia, and Algeria.
Yeah england can be shocking but it was four years ago. Give england that group again and we will put that right.

will sloan If England get second in the group (which might already be a stretch), they would likely have to face Colombia. I think Colombia is better than England. They finished second in the South America qualifiers behind Argentina and ahead of teams like Chile and Uruguay, both of which are formidable opponents for England. I think quarterfinals for England is a little too far. If Suarez doesn't play, then I think England could make it out of the group. But to win in the round of 16 as well, I don't know.

They are wrong about the flag. The first flag wasnt based off the french flag. The original italian flag was red and white and it was based off of the Milan flag. It was later changed to green white and red. France had nothing to do with it. The current flag of italy is different than the original. The current flag came around 1946. This is your 3 stripes.

England aren't one of the 'greats'.
England can't be a great team. To be great, you actually have to be able to win matches against good opponents. The 4-1 loss to Germany in 2010 and the penalty shootout loss to Italy in 2012 are prime examples that England cannot beat top teams, no matter how close it is.
