Developers, please unlock the camera settings, so we can adjust the correct camera Pitch on all the cars. It is NOT enough now, it is too limited. You did it on the first released cars and we made them perfect, But the newer cars are only in .NEFS files and cannot be touched. PLEASE ! :)

I wish you create one day a sort of Colin McRae Rally 1 and 2.0 "legacy" in which you could gave us all the countries and the stages remastered with all the cars they were in HD and some of the iconic cars of your games. I spent so many hours on Colin McRae Rally 1 and 2.0 and today on this Dirt 2.0... that would be so cool. I miss the Ford Escort of the first game, the Toyota Corolla WRC, the Renault Megane kit car, the Citroën Xsara kit car and WRC and all the atmosphere of these games... Very happy to get the Peugeot 206 WRC :-)

And, all of these stages were unique because there was a type of road, a type of remarquable element (like and old temple in Greece, a stone quarry in New Zealand etc.) all those details that created a special atmosphere. I also like all the cars you put in the two last Dirt Rally, but I wish to have a real championship in each category with at least 5-6 cars to have the impression of running with real issues and not to get only a better category of vehicles :-)
there is no ultimate edition....? the release-day deluxe edition included season 1-2. the superdeluxe has seasons 1-4 and only came out with Season 3 in September.
Shifting animation is kinda wrong. To shift the car the main gear lever are those rings in the steering wheel. Push for downshift pull for upshift. Its the same way in the fabia
You are right, you can you use the rings on the steering wheel but there is also a lever like you see on a current R5 car but slightly shorter. They used this in case of a failure with the lever on the steering wheel. Also it's said to be much easier to get in reverse with the lever
Interesting detail about car is that the interior is year 2000+ 206 WRC (the steering wheel has gear changing ring), but the driver changes gear by hand like in 1999 206 WRC :D

The physics and tyre model are excellent in Dirt rally 2. The only problem with this game is that there isn't enough power/throttle response in the AWD cars. Its like there is some kind of hidden traction control that limits you from being able to spin the wheels up. I think this is to make the game playable/accessible for casual gamers. There should be a lot more response in the throttle in WRC cars. Far too much mid corner understeer in this game because the cars are too limited in power and throttle response. Real rally cars have far more throttle response and are able to power oversteer much more on bends without having to brake to make the car oversteer. On gravel after braking into a bend you should be able to drift easily on the throttle. But in this game the cars are too limited on the throttle so always understeer mid corner/bend. The AWD cars in this game only throttle oversteer in 1st and 2nd gear. In 3rd gear the mid corner understeer kicks in because the cars are too limited in the throttle response. To be a sim this game needs the full range of response in the throttle. Not just the bare minimum that allows you to power oversteer in 1st and 2nd gear. The cars in this game have less power than my road car does. You can barely spin the wheels up on gravel in this game even with your right foot planted to the floor. You lose a lot of control over the car in this game because the throttle response is so limited. On gravel the AWD cars understeer too much mid corner in DR.20 because theyre under powered. Hopefully the next game will give you more range in the throttle which would allow you to overcome that horrible mid corner understeer that kicks in after 2nd gear.
No problem. Its my only criticism, and i might be wrong. Its only my opinion, and im no expert. I do think the physics and tyre model are excellent in Dirt rally 2.0 though. Dirt rally 2 is my favourite rally title. I prefer it over Richard Burns rally. RBR is dated as hell now, but one thing i like in RBR is that you can actually apply too much throttle if you aren't careful. You have to manage the throttle inputs, even at higher speeds.

Mitsubishi Evo X never run in WRC bro. The last car on WRC from Mitsubishi on that category was in 2004, and i think than was a ralliart, not an evo.

there is no ultimate edition....? the release-day deluxe edition included season 1-2. the superdeluxe has seasons 1-4 and only came out with Season 3 in September.
