You can go into scheduler and reverse the fans everyday.

You're washing them backwards. Take off the access panels and wash down. I use a homemade wand with flattened el to create a spray. Liebert does recommend one acid to use on microchanels. As mentioned before, go into the scheduler and reverse the fans for the max time(it used to be 120 seconds) on low demand times. I set mine up from midnight onward and staffer them 15 minutes from unit to unit.

I had the 105* units here in Phoenix and don't have any issues. That is just neglect.

make sure the transducer reads exactly or very close to what the actual pressure is, we had to replace quite a few

Should we wash Outdoor unit fins with water or not??

Yes it's good to flush them out. But you might have to reset the high head pressure if you're running old firmware. A friend of mine said that Liebert updated their system and it will run the fans in Reverse to blow the water out.

I have the same issue. Were you able to solve the problem? Thanks!

Unfortunately I am unaware of any solution. If the manufacturer updated the programming so that if there were a head pressure trip it would run the fans in reverse briefly and try again I, would imagine that would solve the issue I don't know if the system would be capable of reverse rotation.

@@JupiterDrifterX thanks for your reply. yes I spoke with Liebert/Vertiv Tech Support. They walked me through the process of reversing the fan's manually through the iComm Controller. My High pressure issues were after cleaning the microchannel with water.

@@bigill2 I was seeing this issue at a Comcast site after heavy rains. It would happen about every 2 months.
