I didn't have any, number 1. Number 2, you are probably going to have to push harder to get through two pieces of paper instead of one. Putting the charcoal down on the back of the copies was a pretty quick process because I used a stick of charcoal rather than a pencil. But carbon paper would work fine, I'm sure.
@aaronlopresti5252 Rubbing charcoal on the back of a drawing is how I was taught to transfer my sketches onto the canvas. You usually work with whatever you have at hand.
@@aaronlopresti5252 Nice. The late Syd Mead would make his own graphite paper because he said the commercial stuff had oils in it that would get on the illustration board. He worked in gouache though, which was a more delicate medium that acrylic. Great work, Aaron
Next Brofessianals .. You .. " Might" .. want to consider using these Images as Comparisons .. Just for Fun .. Donald Pleasance as Graham Nolan .. Jack Black as Dan Fraga .. It's good seeing someone still using more traditional methods for their work.
Looking forward to seeing the finished acrylic painting, Aaron.

Cool Trick using Pencil Lead on the back of the page . Any reason that you just didn't use Carbon-Paper .. ???

@@echopeakbicycling85 Why aren't you drawing directly onto the canvas? (not a facetious question)
