I have a very similar problem so this is excellent information for me. I would like to follow in the footsteps of your diagnosis but I have one question: Where do you get the security code from?
It will either be on the car pass card in the owners pack. Or you will need something with key programming ability to pull the pin from the car. Thanks for your comment
@@rmautodiag Unfortunately I think I've exhausted all the diagnosis options that are available to me with no success. I scoped the CAN-H and CAN-L but in my case they were both OK. I tried resetting the BCM, but that didn't work. I can communicate with all the modules from OPCOM but the BCM claims the ECM is not present, and the ECM claims the BCM (plus a bunch of other things) are not present. It somewhat suggests that the ECM is faulty, but this would be a guess and I suppose it's not just a case of replacing it - it would have to be programmed somehow. Anyway, once we get into the weeds of guessing I feel like I'm pretty much done. Thanks again for the useful video.
hi mate , i get this with my corsa 1.0 none abs , its not as bad tho could it be IPC cluster / if i leave headlights on for a while then try start it just cranks , if i cycle ignition it starts up and doesnt cut out?
