- I meet up with the self proclaimed exhaust expert, Paul Wallace from Supercars of London. Since fitting the crazy Challenge Stradale exhaust to my Ferrari 360, there was only one person I want to show it off to, and that was Paul.

I truly think the 360 is one of the most timeless cars. Look at it. Still looks SO good!!

Actually I think the stance dates it a bit. Ferrari has never been very good at this game, apart from their hypercars maybe. This era was especially poor, with 550 Maranello being the worst offender. Such a timeless, classy design partly ruined by a terrible rear wheel placement.
458 is up there tbh. It’s still relatively fresh so people don’t realize it, but that design is over 10 years old, and two generations behind. The 360 surely didn’t look as good when the 458 came out as the 458 when the F8 is hitting the streets

You guys are 100% right here. When you hear the car from the outside or follow it that you can really understand how good it sounds. I had my mechanic drive my car recently and I'd never heard my car before on full chat (1JZ GTE vvti, aftermarket turbos, ecu, e85 etc)

@@jortepap disagree. Headers almost always change tone for the worse (deeper in most cases) and will definitely increase volume.. More flow more volume, generally
You need the Stradale Rims bro!
He commented on this a video or two ago and said he has changed his mind and won't be looking to replace the rims anymore.

I wish i could hear this IRL, sounds pretty good. I never been a fan of the 360 but sam's car has been looked after so well that I swear it looks and sounds better than when he first got it.
My dream Ferrari is the F430, hopefully one day i'll be able to afford one

I'm loving how you are differentiating yourself from other UK youtubers with this 360 Modena journey. What a great sounding car with these mods. Are you considering Challenge Stradale wheels, with maybe new sticky tires like Michelin PS4s and wheel spacers to give her a great stance on the road? That’s such a unique sound to that car. Other Ferrari V8s sing a high pitch; this V8 has a wonderfully scratchy throat note to it. Very cool

I don’t know if I’m alone here, but I always enjoyed Paul’s Exhaust Experts videos. I am so glad to see that Sam invited Paul to do this. Car sounds sweet! If I could give three thumbs-up for the algorithm, I would.
Yup, those were the reaction I expected from the Paul after hearing the 360. If a monoco trip happens in the future, seeing the and hearing the 360 and murci together will be awesome!

Personally i think that Ferrari always messes up the stance.
The wheels always looks a bit misplaced or small in the wheelarch.
They just don't fill up the space good enough.
But keep up the good work.
She sounds beautiful Sam! I recently fitted new headers and a tune on my gt86 and it completely transformed the driving experience. It's amazing like you say how the sound changes the entire car

Totally agree that sound is a key element in driving satisfaction. Put a Banks Monster system on my 2010 Jeep last year and it's completely transformed the drive. Someday will replace the stock exhaust on my Mustang GT.

Great video Sam! You both look genuinely happy to see each other. Was the exhaust "new" or was it "used" - normally, as "new" exhausts coke up, they sound better and better. If so, this will keep getting better (if that's at all possible) over the coming weeks/months depending on the miles driven. Your 360 has the best of both worlds now, the comfort and usability of a Modena, and the lunacy of the Challenge - well done sir!

Had to go back and rewatch this Sam after your first road trip in the CS.
That CS back box and tune he has on his car are now mandatory for and 360M owners. I already loved 360 as a fantastic entry into the brand. A 550 manual and 360 manual would be a serious pair for any garage.

I've been in a track version of a 360 passenger lap. As a petrol head my eyes were streaming with the noise!! Absolutely my favourite v8

Would be awesome if you could do a partial CS conversion, as Ratarosa did a full conversion on his 360 to CS , but it had an F1 box. He actually has spare CS parts that he might let you buy from him to do a conversion, as a manual CS would be perfection.
Hey Sam now that it sounds amazing can you do some performance benchmarks? Obvs not RIGHT now but maybe soon? Plan to do a 0-60 test, a quarter mile and a Autobahn v-max? Would be AMAZING to see as I think the community is falling more in love with this car. :-)
