Hi there! This cleaning should only be done when you run into issues with your ink. Should not be used for regular maintenance.

Would this help if one of the ink lines isn’t pulling the ink?
Thank you. I found an old video a few months ago that used Simple Green to clean. Was that okay?
We recommend using just hot water for the cleaning process.
